Lovely, Clean apartments with an exceptional service and very close to the mall and resturants. The team are also very responsive. We came in as a family and had an issue with our apartment around 9pm. When we called them, someone was with us in minutes and gave us another apartment. Even though the issue had been resolved, they gave use 3 days within our stay to move our items from one apartment to the other at our convenience.
TVs are dated and should be upgraded. perhaps some smarter TVs that allow guests log in to their own streaming. although they had the Sky Box there but we needed something more flexible to watch out own shows. But everything else was exceptional.

First we don’t like there check-in time which was 3pm . Normally the check out time is 10.00 am every where and they said we send code to you for check in but they didn’t send any code and when we reach the apartment there was no body to tell us code and they don’t answer any call so we stay in another hotel on our very first night. Which cost us extra 250 pounds and The Doors.in the end on very last day my little 4 year kid was badly injured because of automatic door closure, and his little finger almost crushed which cast us flight cancellations and mental and physical trauma

Excelente localização, perto do supermercado e de restaurantes.
O sistema de abertura das portas de acesso ao apartamento e ao apartamento é muito prático e funciona muito bem.
A receção no edificio é uma mais valia e a colaboradora que nos atendeu foi muito atenciosa e disponível.
O apartamento tem tudo o que necessitamos para uma estadia confortável.

location and the safety
a lot of damages such as:
1) broken wardrobe -unable to open
2) damaged couch - sofa + chair
3) half of the light buttons of living room was not working
4) washing machine was not properly working
5) staff were barely available during day time - reception door was mostly shut
