5 minute drive from Milton Keynes station

Cleaning was poor, dirt stains in carpet, curtains, and sofa. Messy towels left behind and hair? On top of that, I got blamed for staining their already filthy sofa, which I didn't even use! Neighbours were loud as well.

It was very comfortable, served its purpose for the 2 nights we stayed.

Dirty sofa, broken blind, Not all the light bulbs worked. Felt like it needs a deep professional clean. Managing agents contacting me for access to clean sofa and fix blind during my short stay. This should have been rectified before my arrival

Awful to be accused of making something like that up! Happy to upload the videos if there is the facility to do so?

Comfortable, warm and well equipped

At 4.30am for 3 hours there was a mechanical loud banging coming from the adjacent empty flat (also owned by the landlord). Sleep was impossible we videoed repeatedly the noise and texted it to him. He apologised at first, his maintenance man thought it was a faulty washing machine (not possible-same rhythm 3 hours solid), landlord said it was a boiler, who knows. When we asked for a refund or an additional night as recompense for the lack of sleep (and worry - was something going to explode!?), he denied it had even occurred despite his maintenance man actually being in our flat and hearing it and the neighbour being disturbed by it to! He offered a 50% reduction on that first night as a ‘goodwill gesture’ but his insistence that we were making it up was infuriating and so we would only accept full refund for that first night or an extra night to which he refused. We would strongly advise you remove them from your books. Booking dot com is fantastic, this is not a landlord to your standard.

Disappointing

It was easy to park there, large bedroom and comfortable bed.

The place was dirty with poor maintenance. Slow WIFI. Shower awkward to use and slippery. I didn’t open the blinds the whole time I was there as it’s a ground floor flat with no net curtains. One day I couldn’t get in as the batteries were dead in the electronic lock. The guy that came said they’d lost the keys, however 2 mins later he was in the flat having climbed through the window. I hadn’t noticed that the windows had been left open because the blinds were down when I arrived.

The apartment was well equipped,it has everything you need for a day to day life, was very cleaned. Bed was comfortable,location is perfect,we have loved the place and enjoyed our stay, Highly recommended.
