Good location, way to access, quiet property. Good kitchen amenities (ie fridge, oven, toaster kettle etc)
I found this property wasn’t overly clean, there wasn’t any decent knives, scissors, settee wasn’t overly comfortable, freezer needed defrosting

It was easy to park there, large bedroom and comfortable bed.
The place was dirty with poor maintenance. Slow WIFI. Shower awkward to use and slippery. I didn’t open the blinds the whole time I was there as it’s a ground floor flat with no net curtains. One day I couldn’t get in as the batteries were dead in the electronic lock. The guy that came said they’d lost the keys, however 2 mins later he was in the flat having climbed through the window. I hadn’t noticed that the windows had been left open because the blinds were down when I arrived.
