About this apartment rental
This beautiful apartment is located in an upscale urbanization. It is an exclusive area, which is mainly used by golfers.
The high-society meeting place "Villamartin Plaza" with many restaurants and bars and the golf course "Campo de Golf Villamartin" are in the immediate vicinity. There are 4 more 18-hole golf courses in the immediate vicinity.
For the hot summer days you have a communal pool that is only shared by a few neighbors.
This house has a total living space of about 60 square meters with 2 bedrooms and a bed in the living room. So 4 people can stay here.
If you want to stay outside, you can do so on the large cozy balcony or relax with a barbecue on the huge roof terrace (solarium).
If you don't want to do without modern media, you can use the WLAN or watch German, Spanish, Russian, English or other foreign-language programs via satellite.
Dishes for 6 people are available. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils if you want to prepare your own meals.
You can park directly at the house. All important shops (supermarket, pharmacy, gas station, restaurants, etc.) are in the immediate vicinity (radius of 400 meters)
WLAN costs in the period from 01.09. until 31.05. a fee of €25.00. (Wifi is free in summer)
With a very high power consumption of more than 50 kWh per week, each KW is charged at €0.40.
If you want to arrive later than midnight, you must discuss this with Ms. Jansen beforehand and find a solution there. Arrival after midnight is NOT permitted
When booking, please note that the pool area may be closed outside of the high season if renovations are being carried out there. Therefore, pool access cannot be guaranteed outside of the high season.

Apartment was fine. It is on the second floor no lift. The veranda/balcony was fine but it's on a busy road and very noisy! So if you want peace and quiet...Shops were walkable but hilly. We didn't go into the pool, its a 5 minute walk. The Tv is mainly for German and Spanish-speaking people, not for people coming from the UK. Only BBC world news and Sky news
