The location was great, apartment was spacious and well equipped. Patio was lovely and shaded which led out to the pool which was a bonus.
Only one towel per person would have been nice to have had a pool towel as it stated there were towels.
The bed sheet was stained, I would have washed it but I wasn’t sure it would dry in a day, would have been nice to have had a spare set.
The cleanliness was ok on the whole but the kitchen stove area and the bathroom in places was dirty.

Comfortable, clean, good facilities
Adjacent property occupied by large groups. Often noisy, not necessary in a predominantly family environment of apartments.
Not enough privacy in rear terrace from adjacent property.

The key holder needs a charisma transplant, abrupt, not helpful, ignorant. His wife was the opposite, down to earth, helpful, bright and bubbly. xxx

Communication with the host Stephen was easy and helpful and when at the apartment Darren was very helpful as well A1 service.
