From the first email with Paul to every interaction with Carolyn after that was a 10 out of 10 . Very professional and friendly with lots of advice for us . I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely still again if ever back in alicante .

A very small thing but annoying .
The sun loungers need replacing . We had to drag the large ones up and down to the pool because we could not use the small ones but we were told they would be replaced
