About this house rental
New on the rental market, this very spacious 3 bed 2 bath town house is simply ideal for families, golfing groups or even couples away for a holiday!!! What makes this so special, the outdoor space, it's huge!
The ground floor of the property features a large living room to seat up to 6 with full UK TV package and FREE WIFI. There is a dining area for 6 as well a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully fitted to service any party or family meals required. As you walk in there is a glazed in front terrace ideal to sit and read a book or just enjoy the views and garden.
Upstairs the home has a double bedroom and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds and both bedrooms have private balconies. There is a full family bathroom as well. ALL ROOMS HAVE AIRCON.
THE OUTSIDE, well you enter through the private gate to a huge garden where you can sunbath! Around back there there is a huge “L” shape sofa to relax before dining AL Fresco under the stars on the large 8 seat dining table. There is also another stone dining area and more spce for sunbathing as well the BBQ! This home is all about the outside, sunbathing, BBQ's, family and just relaxing. The communal pool is about 100 feet away when you need to cool down. Tehre is an underbuild games area also with a pool table.
This property is near the La Fuente Comercial Center with more than an abundance to choose from in Bars and Restaurants. Anything from Tapas to amazing quisine! There is also two large grocery stores, banks and pharmacies!
Nearby there are many championship golf courses to choose from, the largest shopping mall in Europe – Zenia Boulevard, numerous Blue Flag Beaches to choose from, markets galore and all within a few minutes drive or even walk-able and of course the Blue Lagoon business area to dine in have a few drinks or the La Fuente Centre a couple of klm's up the road road wit loads of bars and restaurants to choose from, location location location!!!!
It's all about location and outdoor space!!!
As with all In The Sun Holidays properties, a free starter pack of coffee, tea, sugar, milk, water and juice plus wine or sangria is included in your rental.

- There is a compulsory 90 euro end of stay cleaning fee payable on arrival to the agent at key handover. The keys will not be released without payment.

- Cots and high chairs are available upon request at a price of €15.00 per week each.

Great value for the money. Community pool was always empty, almost a private:-) Also, Graham and Casey were really great an highly available to help.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The outside space was amazing and the games room was a bonus. The oven, hob and cooking equipment were so good, we love cooking when we're away and we had everything we needed. The property managers were very friendly and efficient, there when you needed them. Overall a superb holiday.

the amenities could do with updating, very little hot water for proper showers, unable to use the pool table as the cues were broken
