About this house rental
Superb house renovated in 2024 for 4 people, 3 bedrooms (2 + 1 studio bedroom upstairs) (2 beds of 160cmx200cm and 2 beds of 90cmx200cm) located in a chic, green and quiet area of the Las Ramblas golf course with, 4 air- air-conditioned with heating, 4 ceiling fans, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces and a storage space to store golf or bicycle equipment etc...accessible from the rear..
The studio on the 1st floor has a bathroom with a small kitchen including a fridge, a toaster, a coffee machine and a microwave.
This studio gives direct access to the terrace.
The sea, shops, restaurants and 5 golf courses are very close.
35 minutes from Murcia airport.
and 45 minutes from Alicante airport, a relaxing holiday in a sunny and idyllic setting.

It is open to the public from Monday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. without interruption (with the exception of the bowling alley and the restaurants which will remain open later).
