Apartment in Spain, Lomas Del Golf, Villamartin, Orihuela Costa

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment, it was our second visit. The complex is fully gated and requires a key for entry, so it felt safe and secure. It was also very quiet the entire time we were there which made for a very restful and relaxing time. The host really thought of everything—the kitchen is packed with amenities like a kettle, toaster, oven/hob, a drawer of utensils, plus cleaning supplies like dish soap and paper towels. There were also plenty of extra towels and bedding available. See my pictures for a closer look. There are lots of games, books, videos available and sunbeds in the storage cupboard outside plus many more items in there. The host answered a couple of queries we had very quickly and was always available via messaging. The area itself is residential/holiday apartments and we didn't notice any hotels in the area. There are a few bars within a 10min walk, and most offer food RJs; Cheers; Wolfies this was our favourite, beautiful homemade pies and the 'real' chips are amazing! Also 22 Bar and Grill, and a pizza etc takeaway (we did not visit.) You can walk down to Villamartin Plaza which is about 15/20mins walk down, however a bit of a bank coming back up! There is a fantastic Spanish supermarket called Mercadona but it's a 10min drive away so you would need a car but well worth it if you want any groceries and want to stock up, their produce range is amazing. and reasonably priced. There's a small supermarket which is fairly well equipped called Snap? and there's a pub behind it. Le Zenia beach is one of the nearest beaches but we did not visit.

Estaba todo limpio, había menaje de cocina suficiente , el patio una maravilla para desayunar por las mañanas con la brisa y la piscina genial, limpia y muy poca gente.

La nevera no enfría apenas, se me estropeó la leche :( . Me ha faltado papel de cocina y un rollo mas de papel del baño, ya que en cinco dias 1 rollito para dos personas se me hizo escaso.

Sleutels waren beschikbaar via een kluisje met code duidelijk aan de buitenkant van het apt. De host gaf me ook zeer duidelijke instructies en contact gegevens om bij de accommodatie te komen en binnen te geraken. De locatie is ok, geen supermarkt of restaurant beschikbaar om te voet te bereiken alles is met de auto!. Rustige residentie met zwembad, te koud om erin te gaan natuurlijk in januari. Er zijn best veel spullen aanwezig, voldoende dekens en lakens. Er is een flesopener en verschillende spatels. Boeken en spelletjes..

De potten en pannen waren niet proper → dit is uiteraard wat de vorige huurders hebben achtergelaten en niet voor de cleaning crew. Er was geen dampkap wat vervelend is bij het koken. Sterk verouderd apt maar zeer geriefelijk! Voor de prijs moet je het niet laten. Ik zou dit apt aanraden voor mensen die plannen om steeds activiteiten te gaan doen en niet te vaak op het apt zouden zitten. Ik zou het apt niet aanraden voor mensen die vaak thuis zouden zijn, willen koken en van strak en net houden.
