On the second floor, one of the bedrooms has a balcony. There is a closed courtyard in front of the entrance to the house. The apartments have everything you need for living and relaxing: furniture, household electrical appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. The living room and both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. The area has well-developed infrastructure. The nearest 24-hour store is only 100 meters away! The Mercadona supermarket is 800 meters away! The nearest bars and restaurants are within a radius of 150 meters. The sea and beaches are 5 km away. Accommodation option – up to 6 people (no animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony and in the courtyard!
Check-in to the property is from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out is from 09:00 to 11:00. For check-in or check-out outside company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and holidays, an additional fee of 20 euros will be charged. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 500 euros is paid.
