The house is for sale and is very tired. it wasn't very clean. Small things need attention. No plugs in sinks for bedrooms. Shower hose leaks badly in top bedroom . light bulbs missing. Kettle is dangerous as steam leaks when pouring. Patio area needs a good clean as do the balconies. No shower mats so had to use hand towels. The dining table top was filthy and in the kitchen was a discarded broken chair. Air con was great and plenty of hot water but sadly the property was not presented at all well.
