-La tranquilidad de la zona residencial
-La ubicación entre la costa y la zona comercial
-Disponer de toda la vivienda a un precio excelente
-No dispone de TDT ni de canales en español (lo solucioné con un Firestick de Amazon)
-Mucho olor a tuberías durante toda la estancia, en el baño superior el bote sifonico estaba desmontado y tuve que repararlo porque se salía el agua al vaciar la bañera
-El aire acondicionado del salón no funcionaba
