This one-bedroom/one and a half bath unit is very open, light, bright and airy, it is definitely the first thing you will notice when you walk in., in addition to being taken aback by the stunning view upon entry. You will find lovely wood flooring and tiles throughout the condo. With your private balcony you will be able to enjoy early morning dolphin watching with a cup of coffee or a late night cocktail while watching the sunset after a long day at the beach. With this unit comfortably sleeping 6 you will feel nothing short of home. With ample seating in the dining area all can enjoy a meal while enjoying the view.

Great stay in this condo. Beautiful beachfront view, comfortable and quiet accommodations. Property management is friendly, prompt and delivered as advertised. Would recommend staying with a Brooks and Shorey properly and would return to this condo without hesitation.

Our rental was awesome. Clean, updated, overall great. We had to contact management for a new toaster and they were there within 39 minutes with it. Checkout was super easy. Love it.

I was very disappointed in unit 307, we have rented at gulf dunes for four years and have always be so pleased. This unit has stained furniture, a smell to it, dirty paint and had no kitchen towels. We will not be renting this condo again.
