The condo was updated and clean! Brooks and Shorey were easy to work with. We have stayed at Gulf Dunes many times, and it is a nice complex. The master bed had a very firm bed, which I am sure some people love. We went and bought a topper to use with it, which helped. But it was still too firm for us, unfortunately. But we did love the condo! Thanks for letting us stay!

We were very pleased with the condo. It was clean and had everything we needed for our long weekend. We loved being able to see the Gulf from our room. During our stay only one elevator was working so that did cause long waits but that was the only issue we had.

We were down south for my daughters softball national championship. The condo was perfect in every aspect! Only thing I would request and maybe this is just me but cleaning supplies! Even a container of Lysol wipes would’ve been helpful. Other then that odd request the place was awesome!!

The rental unit was not as clean as with previous experiences at Gulf Dunes. Immediately noticeable was the dirty and sandy floor. My wife was not happy with the condition of the floor and ended up mopping the floor three times to get it clean. There was a mop in the unit but no mop bucket so she had to use a trash can for the water. Also disgusting was the rug under the coffee table. It left the bottoms of your feet black. It obviously hasn't been laundered or cleaned in a very long time. The bunk bed room had trash under the nightstand and under the bed.
