The condo is perfect for a couple's retreat. The spacious master bedroom is beach front with entry to the private balcony. Another entry is from the living room area. The beauty of the emerald coast can be admired from the dining and kitchen areas as well. The kitchen is fully equipped so meal prep is made easy. For your laundry needs a washer and dryer can be found in this beach front condo as well. Unit has a 58 inch SMART Flat screen television. A festive vacation awaits you both inside and out. Gulf Dunes Resort is just a Few Minutes from Downtown Destin. You will be within walking distance of several Restaurants, and souvenir shops. On one side of the condo, you will have the Beach Lover's Paradise, and on the other, you will experience the convenience of local everything. Grocery stores, and specialty shops are only minutes away in Fort Walton Beach. The Fishing Pier is within walking distance, as is the famous Crab Trap and Gulfarium Complex. Of course, you could enjoy the beautiful drive to Destin to shop the Outlet Malls, stroll the Fishing Harbors, thrill the family at several theme parks, and choose from endless Dockside Restaurants for the family. This Beach Front Property is accented with Tennis Courts, a Private Gym, two Seasonally Heated Pools, and Protected Natural Dunes. Very nice condo. Plenty of dishes and silverware. The balcony has nice patio furniture. The toilet in the master bath was kinda wobbly. The toilet seat in the guest bath was broken, maintenance came straight out and fixed it. I would return.

We first want to start with: We love booking with Brooks and Shorey! The team is professional and polite! However, the condo we stayed at this year was lacking what we are used to. The trip started out with finding a bathing suit, from the previous guest, hanging on the master bath door. (Staff immediately retrieved this bathing suit but this made us really question the cleanliness). In the kitchen, we found dirty silverware (particularly the knives that had a cover over them in the drawer). The doors in the unit were very dirty. One of the elevators was broken, we had to wait a crazy amount of time each time we had to use the elevator. We hate to complain, but just expected a little more for what we paid!
