This three bedroom, two bath unit is presented with richly colored furniture and bedding. The master bedroom has a King sized bed, private balcony access, and bathroom. The second bedroom offers two comfortable Queen beds, and third bedroom has child-sized bunk beds. The condo was very pretty and spacious & the beaches and beach access were amazing and very convenient ! The view from our balcony every morning was breathtakingly beautiful. It was super simple to check in/out and the host was so so sweet the few times I had to contact her and very prompt and always helpful!

Overall, we were pleased with our stay at Gulf Dunes. We were pleased to find upgraded appliances and living room furniture which made the stay more comfortable. The view from the moment you open the front door is stunning! We enjoyed the access to the large deck from both the living room and the master bedroom. However, the cabinets throughout the unit are in need of replacement. Peeling paint and water damage are apparent in both the kitchen and bathrooms. The master bedroom furniture is also showing much wear and needs to be replaced. It seemed that the owner is trying to make upgrades because some things were updated while others were not. Be aware that the pool area was still used past 10 p.m. which was the indicated closing time. It was VERY noisy on the weekends (past 1 a.m.) which was frustrating for those who wanted to sleep. The condo unit was clean but their could be improved cleanliness of the property (i.e. peanut butter smeared on sidewalk, smelly elevators, trash/food on sidewalks, etc.)
