The condo and complex are beautiful, well-appointed and convenient. Unfortunately, two major appliances (Fridge and washing machine) broke during our stay (washer broke twice to the point of not usable at the start of our stay and our final day) and we had to throw away hundreds of dollars of food. The fridge didn't work from arrival on Friday to Tuesday. Despite us following management recommendations on fridge maintenance (waiting 24 hours to allow it to properly cool) the management still tried to place blame on us. In conversation, management admitted that the fridge did take way longer than normal to "work" but did nothing to remedy. In all my years of renting, management generally tries to do right by the customers. Not in this instance: they did nothing to remedy the lost time, money, and inconveniences. I'm not sure I would return with current management, despite the fact that the condo and complex are beautiful. This took away from the idea of vacation.
