A master bedroom that has a comfortable king size bed and access to the private balcony as well. The two double beds in the guest bedroom are ideal for additional sleeping arrangements. . We rented 2 condo 303 and302 next to each other, 4 generations of our family from age 2 to 86. The weather was a little overcast and rainy, water was rough but we got out on the beach more days then not, and still had a great time. Condos were excellent, plenty of room for the 4 families who were there. We'll stock with what we needed, plenty of seating for morning coffee on the balcony and game nite at the dining room table. This is the 4th year I've booked thru brooks and shorey, always has been smooth and easy with no problems. Location is wonderful. I will be back again next year.

We’ve stayed in this condo a couple of years because we get it and the one next door. We love the location and Marianne is amazing. I would like to see some upgrades to this unit before we return next fall. It’s adequate and clean but could use some TLC to the furnishings.
