Affordable luxury--right on the beach! Comfortable sleeping arrangements, plenty of seating, beach front dining area, full kitchen, two baths, washer and dryer but most importantly - YOUR PRIVATE BEACH FRONT BALCONY! The moment you step in the condo, an incredible view of the sugar white beach will greet you. The Gulf Dunes property is definitely one of the Okaloosa Island's favorite destinations. Featuring 2 beach front pools, tennis courts, exercise room, BBQ grills, and elevators PLUS a huge beach front so you never feel crowded at the beach. Close to shopping, dining and fun activities for the whole family. An awesome romantic vacation or a memorable family vacation on the beach, there's lots of activities for everyone to enjoy!! And for your convenience, we have BEACH SERVICE! This saves you up to $30 each day from having to rent chairs and an umbrella daily. Beach Service includes a free umbrella & 2 lounge chairs set-up right on the beach waiting you to enjoy every morning.

Great location. Love that the beach is not overcrowded and that our chairs and umbrella are included in the rental. Unit was the perfect size. Weather was PERFECT. Dan and Elle (who put out chairs and umbrellas) were awesome and so friendly. Very hard workers!

First time renting a condo for our beach vacay. It met all our needs, felt very homey. The location is perfect...close to restaurants, shops, and of course some of Florida's most beautiful beaches. This will be a yearly destination for us!

Always a great experience with Brooks and Shorey! We had a great week! The unit wasn’t bad but needs a deep cleaning in the off season. The balcony tile floor and furniture need a deep clean as well. The owners need to look at the kitchen cookware and dishes. We were very disappointed as we had to purchase cookware to use while we were there as what few pieces we found aren’t in any condition to use. Just need to stock kitchen with basic cooking equipment. Overall the unit is pleasant and the views are amazing.
