We are blessed with our 2022 renovated, beautiful ocean view, building 7 Alii Kai condo. We are willing to share it with clean, conscientious vacationers.
This is an ideal place to stay for exploring the abundance of year-round activities in Kauai. If you compare other available condos, you will see this is a great bargain.
Our view is spectacular and the condo is well-appointed for easy living. We have four sons and have set it up for two parents and up to three kids. Two couples can work out if one sleeps in the twin beds.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! We spent over a week enjoying the beautiful ocean views. Will, the owner, was incredibly responsive and helpful, and honestly, the condo looks even better in person than in the photos! It’s beautifully furnished, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. A great bonus was all the beach gear provided, so we didn’t have to rent anything.

Will and his family thought of everything. Unit came with towels, toiletries, cooking spices/utensils/pots/pans, washer, dryer, beach chairs etc. I have no suggestions for the host, everything was spot on and great.Thank you for a great stay, Will and family!Best wishes and Mahalo!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Can't beat the location and the view, that's for sure. Recently remodeled. The condo had everything we needed and more. Very comfortable mattress in master bedroom, cotton sheets. We appreciated beach equipment - chairs, umbrella, boogie boards. We really appreciated owner's prompt responses to our messages. I would love to stay in this place again.

My friend and I stayed at Will's condo for 7 nights. The condo is even better than the photographs. Everything was in perfect condition and very clean. The views and location are amazing! Morning coffee in the balcony every morning was a delight. The check in process was very smooth. I had to contact Will regarding the lockbox because I was unable to close it. He responded immediately and I was able to see what I was doing wrong in no time.I would not hesitate to recommend Will's condo to anyone I know. If I am lucky enough to go back to beautiful Kauai, I would stay here again!

9verall, the unit was clean but The sofa pillows & cushions smelled of body odor. The toilet paper holder in master bath wasn’t securely attached to wall. The patio needs a table. Upgraded bedding with natural fibers would definitely be preferred.

The condo was very nice, and the kitchen had high end appliances. Our only disappointment were the lanai chairs. They were tall bucket-like bar stools that were uncomfortable and no table for us to set a coffee mug or other drink. The table and chairs in photo is not what you get. We would have loved to take our coffee out there in the morning or evening but couldn't stand the chairs. The lockbox possibly needs a drop of wd40 which was probably stiff due to salt air. We almost couldn't get the key out when we first arrived which panicked us after the 5th or 6th try but it finally went. The code worked, but the release mechanism was very stiff and wouldn't release. The location is ideal and the condo was very nicely updated and well stocked. Plenty of towels, a couple of boogie boards, and some snorkel supplies, beach chairs etc. Beautiful area.The single star I gave for communication is because we didn't contact him, my one star should be translated as not-applicable.

Nice, cozy condo with amazing views. Updated kitchen and clean layout. Everything was clean and stocked. Great walking path that follows the golf coarse and ocean bluff. Private pool was very nice a few steps away!

My husband and I took our three adult children to stay for the winter holidays. This unit had everyone needed for comfortable stay, including beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkel equipment. The property is very well maintained, and has a beautiful view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

4 older ladies from 51-83. Had special needs for cooking, so the kitchen sufficed. Rooms had nice views, close to pool and parking, no noisy neighbours. Washing machine took a little long. Property was lovely.

Enjoyed our stay at Will’s Ali’i Kai 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. We relaxed and enjoyed the sounds of the ocean which lulled us to sleep every night. Views are fantastic and we watched the unending waves all day. Unit is even nicer than photos depict. Kitchen and baths are all updated recently. We cooked every night, and even baked cookies and found the condo very well equipped in all areas from pots and pans to cooking utensils. Right across from the community pool, if you enjoy that. We grilled out on the community grill one evening. Lots of walks from the unit are available all over the community and Princeville. We have stayed in many units at the Ali’i Kai over the past 25 years, and this is an excellent unit in terms of location, views and being well kept and maintained. Thank you Will.

This is the second time we have stayed at this Alii Kai condo. It’s just the best. Clean. Quiet. Easy to access. All necessary amenities. No issues checking in or out. It’s has a lovely ocean view from the lanai and easy access to the pool and parking. As long as it’s available I’ll stay here, every time!

The listing does not really show how great this place is. Great location, views, and amenities. The owners really provide everything you need to enjoy the island. The chairs, boogie boards, and especially the coolers / ice packs were used many times! Had limited discussion with the owners, didn’t really need to as everything went smoothly.

My family of four stayed at this great condo for five nights. It was a great location to the wonderful north shore beaches and scenery. The condo was clean, and had everything we needed including laundry which was nice so we didn't need to overpack for our trip. The condo had a few beach chairs and an umbrella that was great to use and wonderful sunsets. The condo's community pool was close and was clean and generally not too busy. Would definitely recommend.

Our family stayed here for 9 days over spring break. The location was right on the bluffs of the North Shore. Sleeping at night with the sound of the waves and breeze coming through the windows was amazing. The condo was perfect for a family of 4. Beds were comfy, the condo was clean, and the kitchen was perfect for cooking all meals. Large TV in the living area was also great for family time in the evenings. I'd say communication with the host was great, but can't confirm. We had NO issues during the stay and did not need to contact him! We would 100% stay here again.

The property was great . . . could easily just sit and look out the window and do nothing else! However, we did venture out to hike, see the scenery and the local beaches. Food prices are definitely high, so the fully appointed kitchen was helpful.

We stayed 5 nights at the end of January. The property was excellent and updated from the listing. Location on the north shore was great for exploring that side of the island. Walking and running paths in Princeville are easily accessible. About a mile walk to the closest restaurant. Everything we needed was in the condo (coffee pot, microwave, washer/dryer). We had a great stay, our only disappointment was the numerous roosters in the condo complex. They were loud at night at all hours and made sleeping with the windows open difficult (no air conditioning). Not really anything the owner can control and not sure if the roosters are always there, but we did notice every night. Despite that, would stay again. The condo was great.

Our stay was a mixture of both good and bad experience. Good: -Location: the place is in a perfect location with nice view and in a quiet neighborhood. It is closed to all nice hiking trails and less crowds. Grocery store is less than 10 min away, which is very convenience. It was raining, storming and windy almost everyday when we were there, so a quick run to the Food Land grocery store was all we did. -The condo: well stock with all the essential items that needed for a week-long stay. - The owner, Will, was VERY responsive in answering my calls or text even when he couldn't do anything. Bad: - The place was not cleaned when we checked in at 5:30 p.m. Dirty towels, trash and other stuff were still there. We had to leave the place so that the housekeeper can come in to clean it. It was not a good start of a vacation. - The TV was not working; the audio was completely dead. It was raining and windy during our stay, so we stuck inside the condo without any entertainments. This made the whole stay unbearable. After telling us "to figure it out", the owner offered to refund us $200 to compensate for this, still we already disappointed. - The towels were old and smelly, It seemed like they were left for days before being washed, or they were left in the washer for a long time before they get put in the dryer. We had to rewash all of them but the smell was still there. Overall, I wish we had a better stay and to enjoy the condo more. Unfortunately, we did not.

We had a great time in Kauai. Will was great to work with. The condo is beautiful and the views are amazing. Would have been nice to have a little morw space for dry goods. Having the coolers to use was nice.

Had about 15 hours of travel after we got up to this condo in princeville. No key was left in lockbox for us to get in. Was asked repeatedly to try to break in and crawl through a window, everything was locked and not possible. Was also told the cleaning lady wasnt even showing up until dec 5th, we had dec 4th til the 13th booked for 7+ months. With warm groceries and 3 tired kids he got us a condo in kapaa for 3 nights and another 40 min drive back down towards lihue. Condo is in great shape and looks way better than the pictures they have posted. Tv and the dvd player were not in working order, host didnt seem to care. Take a chance if you want a nice place for a decent cost, but you might have to crawl through a window to get in. Owners really need to update to touch pad entry door.

We actually didnt get to stay at this property. Upon landing in Kauai I had received a voicemail from Will that another unit had caused flooding damage to the ceiling in the master bedroom, making in unliveable for our stay. I had a moment of absolute panic, because as many people know, Will had no obligation to do anything to help me and my family find other accommodations for our stay. But, not only did he do that, but he found us amazing accommodations, all while he was on vacation himself. Im sure this was so stressful for him, as not only was his unit damaged, but he took it upon himself with the help of his housekeeper to ensure our stay was still taken care of. He also continued to check in with us to make sure we were good. I would have no hesitation renting from Will again and know that we would be in good hands. Excellent customer service, as I have heard of horror stories from people just being stranded.

My wife and I enjoyed this condo so much the 1st time we stayed we booked it again the following year. We stayed for 11 days this time. The condo itself is very nice and has all the amenities that we like, great kitchen, beach gear, nice breeze in the afternoon, beautiful view, proximity to all that the north shore of Kauai has to offer, pool access and an outdoor bbq grill. The differences between our stay the 1st time and 2nd were minor and not all related to the property and the owner. The only thing I'd ding the owner on was the floors and balcony were very sandy when we checked in. Yes this is Hawaii and sand is everywhere and I understand they are having staffing issues on the north shore, it's just that last year the place was cleaner. Again this is a minor complaint that wouldn't stop me from booking this property again. The owner was very responsive when I reached out to contact him about another issue which was great. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay on the north shore of Kauai.

Beautiful view, comfortable apartment, excellent pool, perfectly adequate for our family of 5. Lots of beach towels, a cooler and flippers, but no masks, chairs (they were broken), or boogie boards. The light in the twin room was out. The location was excellent and the weather was perfect! Mahalo.

We really enjoyed our vacation rental in Princeville. It was clean, good size for a family of 4, beautiful view of the ocean, and a short walk to Turtle Cove. Our hosts had provided everything we needed to make our stay great, including beach and snorkeling gear.

This location is absolutely amazing! Easy parking, beautiful walking trails, ocean view from every corner and condo had everything you need for comfortable stay- lot of upgrades. We spent every morning and night sitting on lanai enjoying the sound of ocean and watching chickens, roosters, nenes, birds roam around. We had a small mishap when checking in- the condo was not cleaned out from previous stay, but the owner made it right. We enjoyed our stay and we would definitely book this condo again.

This condo was perfect for our family, 4 adults. Both bathrooms are nicely remodeled, great water pressure and the washer & dryer are a nice addition in the large master suite. The kitchen has most everything you need. The deck is small, but what a view! And with the doors wide open the ocean breezes blow through and out the ding window. Nice ceiling fans throughout, we didn’t miss not having a/c. The surrounding condos, resorts and homes are all connected by the the beautiful streets to walk. The grounds are beautiful and there are a few viewpoints where you can sit high above the ocean and watch the sunset and the surf. There is no safe path to the beach, but Hanalei Bay and Anini Beach are both so close. I would definitely recommend this property to my family and friends!

No key in lock box. Contacted owner and waited for about an hour in the dark and heavy rain. Cleaning staff arrived and got us in. She did a quick clean as it wasn’t done yet. After that, vacation went well. Nice place. Nice location. Great view of ocean.
