We loved taking our coffee out to the grassy point each morning and watching the sunrise. Our unit was clean and comfortable and everything we needed was in place.

Reviewer Comments: The unit was in decent shape, but we discovered several things that were dirty - such as dirty dishes that were placed in the cupboards. There were visible dust bunnies on the floor in the living room when we arrived, and there was a reddish brown substance that looked like dried blood on the living room curtains as well as the guest bathroom door and wall. The tall cylinder tower fan was filthy and left dust bunnies everywhere when used or moved. The cross winds do not push through the unit as was advertised, so the entire stay was uncomfortably warm, with the provided fans not able to move enough air. Overall the unit was fine but could benefit from better attention to detail on cleaning as well as improved fans to keep guests comfortable. We will not return to this unit.

We really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, towels and coolers too. There is even a filtered water dispenser in the swimming pool area with really nice water. Location was great, short walk to the cliffs overlooking the ocean, and the view from the patio of the mountains were so nice to wake up to and enjoy at sunset. Very quiet inside the condo. There were people above us but we never heard them walking around. Just a lovely experience. Thank you so much!

It is a very short drive to Hanalei, Anini Beach, and Kilauea. The condo itself is situated in such a way that you have a perfectly stunning view of the sunset from your lanai every evening. It had a well stocked kitchen with plenty of place settings, silverware, and cooking utensils, including a spice rack. Also appreciated the large Tommy Bahama umbrella, beach chairs, and a family-sized cooler to take our lunches to the beach. The kids loved being located close to the pool for late night swims after being at the beach all day.

We really enjoyed this condo. It had all the amenities we needed to relax and make meals. Beds were comfortable and the additional items (e.g. cooler) made the stay even more convenient. We were minutes from the grocery store and great dining options and close enough to the main road to easily get to various tourist attractions. Highly recommend!

Unit is in a nice location way back on a point in Princeville. We like this area because it is quiet and the views. 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is a little out dated in the curtains and furnishings. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of towels. Beach chairs and cooler. This unit worked for us, it would be a squeeze if you had 4 or more people. Check in was a breeze. Communication with unit manager was good, question answered fast. Good place to rest and unwind!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although we were in a great location, we weren't very happy with the rental. It much much more outdated than we thought. The screens were broken on most of the windows/doors letting in lots of bugs (which had been a common review item), the condo was not very well stocked with essentials (salt and pepper empty, no sweetening of any kind, no keurig). We didn't find the beach towels until our second day because they were in the dryer. I found 8 long black hairs in the sheets of the guest bed and the guest bedroom smelled musty/of smoke.

Reviewer Comments: Best feature is the large glass patio doors that open to a large field with views of mountain and even partial views of ocean afar. My son enjoyed the nene family that would visit our door throughout the day.The pool and jacuzzi are a good size and well maintained. I also appreciate the free filtered watered and ice available at poolside. The condo itself is a little dated in decor but still lovely. Also, in Kauai it is a must to have indoor washer/dryer. The only thing I will say, is that if it is your first time to Kauai, Princeville itself is quite far from all the main attractions. It took us 45mins at least every day to drive out to where we needed to go.

We enjoyed the property, location, and scenery. Unfortunately, the property has emergency water pipe issues and we did not have access to any water for 2 days. While this was out of the manager and owners control, we were very disappointed that they only offered to change our our towels. We could not flush the toilet, shower, or get any sort of water at our unit. This was a major inconvenience and it is the owner/ managers job to take responsibility, not the guest. They did not offer any sort of accommodation to make up for this. Besides having no access to water for 2 days, we enjoyed the property and stay.

Two of my best friends and I stayed here for 5 days and it was perfect!! It has everything you need from kitchen supplies, towels, extra sheets, two FULL bathrooms and a washer/dryer! The neighborhood is quiet, BEAUTIFUL and super close to Princeville Town Center and Hanalei. You can walk to the market and golf course! To add, the Check in/out process was seamless and fool proof. I’m already planning another stay here!!

I was concerned about staying in Princeville when I saw the condo farm on google maps - but this location does NOT feel like you’re in a swarm of people and buildings. The seating and view from the lanai provide complete serenity - sunrise light reflecting off mountains, sunsets, bird symphony- all magical. We will definitely be coming back.

Great place to stay however multiple severe issues

The property started off great and then slowly snowballed into nothing more then a slightly larger Motel 6. Itemized grievances are below in no particular order: - Nail sticking out of chair injured 3 year old daughter. Nothing severe but still not acceptable. - Vacuum plug got so hot it caused a burn and blister on my left hand index finger. - Spa/Hot Tub/ Jacuzzi only worked for 1 day out of our near two week stay, this was a must have amenity due to medicine condition. I had to pay an outstanding amount of money to find a therapy as a replacement. Bath was so uncomfortable I believe it was designed that way to prevent bathing. - Property itself is old and decrepit. Very few outdoor lights worked, the adjacent staircase nearly collapsed (literally the stairs broke from the wall and rivets and metal brackets underneath snapped) and the property manager fixed with a piece of wood, kids pool was below swimming temperatures and as I mentioned earlier the hot tub did not work. - Used drug pipe left by back patio was found by my daughter. It looked like a cigarette but then this begs the question why did they just leave cigarette butts lying around? - Accommodations need upgrading. Couch is uncomfortable, chairs just as much. Tv is very small for today’s standards (only 1 tv total) and the sound had to be put to near maximum output to be heard. Some light fixtures didn’t work, remotes were without batteries. -Residents and Timeshare idiots treat you very poorly and you are constantly monitored by them. We were yelled out several times for no reason, such as parking in a “reserved” spot when there is no such thing in that parking lot. I am sure I am leaving something out but my phone is dying so I will update later!
