Welcome to Alii Kai II 12D, your ideal Kauai vacation condo located in Princeville on the stunning North Shore of Kauai. Enjoy beautiful mountain views and sunsets from your Kauai condo facing the "Bali Hai" Na Pali mountain range. Accommodates up to 6 guests, including children and infants.

Our extended family of 11 all came to stay on Kauai together so we booked 3 separate units within Alii Kai. We loved taking our coffee out to the grassy point each morning and watching the sunrise. Our unit was clean and comfortable and everything we needed was in place.

The condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable, well stocked with everything we needed. We really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, towels and coolers too. There is even a filtered water dispenser in the swimming pool area with really nice water. Location was great, short walk to the cliffs overlooking the ocean, and the view from the patio of the mountains were so nice to wake up to and enjoy at sunset. Very quiet inside the condo. There were people above us but we never heard them walking around. Just a lovely experience. Thank you so much!
