The unit has great location, quiet. excellent view. For the price bedrooms & baths need updatating.

Bedroom furniture is showing signs of wear and tear. The fan was very dusty and blew a lot of dust. Bathrooms need to be updated.

Lovely condo with beautiful ocean view!
Fabulous location—the view was SO worth the money!! Having three beds was nice.
A little dated in a few places, no AC (but that’s the norm). Also was given wrong rate for golf by rental company but they dismissed my concern about this, just said price had gone up when it had not. Poor customer service.

We had an initial problem with the front door mechanism falling out of the door on to the floor. Your maintenance folks fixed that promptly. We had continuing problems throughout our visit with the electric door lock either failing to open or failing to secure properly. The patio sliding door and screen door were also a continuing issue. They could both use some maintenance. Otherwise the condo was great. Weather proof cushions for the deck chairs would also be a nice touch. Do you also represent the top floor condo on the West end of building 4? We previously rented that one a few years ago and would rent it again if it was available. We especially enjoy the absolutely smashing view and the sound of the surf from either of those two condos. The last time we were on the island we stayed at the 1 hotel, and we much prefer the Alii Kai condos because of the surf and the great view out over the North Pacific. We saw lots of whales this trip. Mahalo! Bob & Linda Cunningham
