We had a lovely family holiday at our recent stay at Hidden Oasis Villa. The villa is in a great position central to everything in Seminyak especially Bintang Supermarket and an easy stroll to the beach and having the pool right there is definitely the best part of staying in a villa. The plants look a little different now than in the pics but over all our stay was great. Few little things but Erin was a great communicator and the staff at the villa were very helpful as well. Check in at reception was super easy. Would def stay again

Disappointing Experience – Misrepresented and HostileThis villa looks nothing like the photos. It’s tired, dated, and poorly maintained. When we raised concerns with Stayz, the host, Erin, quickly turned from polite to rude—insulting us and even the Stayz team trying to help.We were told we had “champagne taste on a beer budget,” which was ironic considering the villa’s poor condition. Even budget travelers would be disappointed.Erin demanded we leave the property the first night simply because we contacted Stayz. Fortunately, we found a much cleaner, better, and cheaper villa nearby. Despite our quick departure, Erin continued to send aggressive, unprovoked messages—day and night—copying us in on her rants to Stayz filled with personal attacks.The villa itself was in bad shape: dead plants, garbage in pots, and an overall neglected feel. Even the nearby reception staff distanced themselves from the property.We’ve stayed all over Bali since the 1980s, and this was by far the worst experience. The only upside was Stayz’s support and our eventual refund. Strongly advise avoiding this villa.

Had a few hiccups along the way but overall was a very pleasant stay. Communication with housekeeping staff was difficult as when they came to clean on our first day we asked them to leave it as people were still sleeping. However we didn’t see again them during our so we didn’t get any clean towels. As we were only there for a few days it wasn’t a big deal Dino harm done.

Fabulous location ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great layout ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Big comfy beds & bedrooms ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Having a private pool was delightful ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lovely friendly staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Erin was great to communicate w & organised airport pick up, easy peezy…⭐️⭐️⭐️ & late check out, really appreciated 🙏 The house keeper Iluh was so lovely & helpful when we needed anything ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Only fault was the water pressure in the upstairs 4th bedroom ensuite shower..was a hit & miss throughout our stay..easily solved by using one of the other ensuite though …😁 Loved loved loved our vaca here…would definitely stay here again ❤️

We stayed at Hidden Oasis for 10 nights. This villa was the perfect size for our family of 7 adults. The rooms are all a great size. The beds were on the harder size but comfortable. The outdoor living area had everything you need. Our host Erin made sure everything from transport to house keeping was taken care of. This villa was close enough for us to walk to resturants and only a 10 to 15 min walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay! Thanks Erin 😉 Our host Erin

A wonderful stay had by all! Location was close to the beach, nightlife, delicious food and shopping. Erin was incredibly responsive to all questions. On the ground and villa staff were friendly and welcoming. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Very dated & tired property (advert photos were taken ten years ago) sun lounger bed was covered in stains, cupboards were filthy, electrical sockets were hanging off the walls (dangerous) a/con in all rooms needed replacing, they supplied us with fans, we visit Bali twice a year & have paid more & less but never as disappointed as we were to end up here, enough said, we certainly wouldn't recommend this place & will never return.

A group of 8 went for a friends 60th birthday . The villa was everything we needed. Our rooms and the pool were a haven of coolness from the heat, and the location was spot on for the needs of our group.Had a couple of maintenance issues that Iluh sorted immediately. We had Iluhs indonesian feast at the house which was absolutely delicious, she was so helpful and pleasant and nothing was a problem. Erin was super easy to deal with and responded to my emails immediately. Overall, a great venue if you want to be close to shopping, entertainment and not far from the beach. Highly recommend.

This property is fantastic! The bedrooms are well spaced out, to ensure guests are not crammed and have their own space. The pool was a huge hit, and all the plants and greenery are well maintained and add to the overall feel of the property. The owner and housekeeper were easy to communicate with, and were only to happy to help with any requests we had. Great location with an easy walk to shops, markets and the beach! Will be coming back to stay again!!

We were traveling with our two adult kids. Everyone had their own space when needed. The open air living room & pool were so great. We could walk to everything. Close surfing beach close by. My daughter & I loved the “organic spa” also close by. Whole fam loved the drag/karaoke bar across the street. Seafood night market was the best food we had in Bali. Erin was a fabulous host, very communicative & helpful. House manager was an absolute sweetheart. Seminyak is bustling & a little nutty but we loved it!

The Villa was lovely, perfect for 2 family stay for the sisters 50th Location was fantastic but the highlight was Iluh, who attended daily and was so helpful, I felt like I had my own little Bali EA assisting me with the birthday celebrations and anything we needed really Only recommendation would be for some further storage/shelving/hooks in the bedrooms and bathrooms The daily water fountain bottle supply was also greatly appreciated :)

Living in a suitcase is not the way to go, no place to put toiletries, clothings etc. No fans, air conditions barely cild enough, nights was not pleasant and the only great thing was property manager was helpful and caring.

We had a great time, the villa is very well located in Seminyak, the staff are all very nice, the airport transfers were great and the villa was kept very tidy and clean the whole time we were there. The kitchen area if you are thinking of doing your own meal preparation is a bit tired and worn with only a small cooking area, however we ate out most of the time as there are many really good local eateries to visit at very short walking distance, all in all we really enjoyed our stay. Communication with the property manager was always fantastic, answering all our questions promptly, thanks Erin, I would definitely return and stay again.

We were greeted by the lovely Iluh when we arrived who showed us around the villa and gave us the necessary information. Unfortunately due to ceremonies we didn’t see Iluh for 3 days. But all was good. The villa was clean , beds were very comfortable. We felt that there could have been a wardrobe in the bedrooms as there wasn’t really anywhere to put our clothes and there’s not much bench space in the bathroom. Some artwork on the walls would give the villa a more homely feel . The pool was quite cold as it’s shaded by the villa ... overall we were very happy

Erin was a fantastic host to deal with. She responded to every question I had within a couple of hours and the check in / out process was super easy and stress free. The villa was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 5 kids - the 4 bathrooms definitely a huge bonus. The villa was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Erin's housekeeper Iluh is an absolutely gorgeous lady who cooked us the most delicious breakfast most mornings - nothing was ever too much trouble for Iluh. When 4 of my family became sick with a virus (most likely from the plane) she organised medical assistance for us and went out of her way to make us more comfortable. The pool was spotlessly clean and well maintained - in our 9 night stay it was cleaned twice. The location was safe and secure and very quiet at night so we all slept well. The Bintang supermarket is only about 100m from the Villa and there is a mini mart next door and another across the road. A few doors up is also a pharmacy so we had everything we could possibly need within a 5 minute walk. On checkout Iluh made sure our bags were safe and secure until out 11pm flight. I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone with kids or a larger group - couldn't fault it! Thank you Erin and Iluh! xx

Not having ever stayed in a villa before, I did not know what to expect or how to even start looking, there being so many on the internet. I am so glad that I found Hidden Villa. It was amazing. Exactly like the photos. Big rooms lovely outside area. Erin was easy to communicate with and answered all my questions quickly. The pool does not get much sun, so at this time of the year was cold, but still quite refreshing. We had the staff cook dinner one night which was one of the best meals we had in Bali. The internet was great, (kept up with 6 teenagers) Nice quiet and safe lane way heading into the villa, we never felt unsafe. Would definitely recommend this villa to others. Thank you Erin for an amazing place.

Just returned from a magical stay at Hidden Villa in Seminyak. The Villa itself was amazing, huge rooms, king beds, spotlessly clean & well maintained by friendly staff. It was perfect for our stay with 3 adults and 4 kids who needed a bit of space. Its in a fabulous location on the Legian/Seminyak border tucked away in a private and secure lane off Jl Legian but only a short walking distance to shops, restaurants, The beach and Bintang Supermarket. Erin answered all my queries promptly in the lead up and during our stay. Even sorting out some Internet issues while we were there. Cant wait to return again next year, highly recommend.
