Villa Simara

The location was great, close to everything - villa was off a small quiet laneway Communication with villa manager was great and prompt. They organized us a baby cot and pool fence hire. Daily cleaning was great Good sized house and comfy beds

The outside area could do with some attention and maintenance. Garden and lawn area overgrown and untidy, lots of weeds growing amongst the stones and paving area. The sun lounger cushions were filthy, so didn't want to use them (possibly from squirrel and/or lizard poo?) No storage/shelves/wardrobe in 2x of bedrooms, which there was plenty of space for. For a weeks stay we had to live out of our suitcases on the floor which wasn't ideal.

We had a wonderful stay here and will come again 🌀🌸 my kids love the pool and really good hot water system, aircon are really cold and they had a lot of utilities and if you wanna order something from Grab order it to the hotel near by and grab will meet you there😀 my family and I arrived early and they allowed us to put our luggage in which was amazing before we could check in so we just went out and came back 😀

Nothing was great

Location was good. Pool was good.

Main bedroom's bathroom has an open section at the top so when you get unchanged for the shower, you can be seen by people in the next building who looked out of their windows at us. When having a shower in main bathroom, the water went everywhere and wet the toilet and all the floor. There were no hand towels in the bathrooms. There was nowhere in the 2 bedrooms downstairs to put your clothes so had to live out of the suitcase, eventhough there is room for shelves or a small wardrobe. There were Aussie powerpoints in the main bedroom but side table lamps were different plugs so couldn't be used on that side. The floor when we arrived was filthy and we thought it would be mopped the next day but it wasn't until I had to ask the cleaner the following day to mop the floor, then it was clean. The air fryer was not clean when we arrived from someone else's cooking. There wasn't any powerpoints in the main bathroom and very limited points around the villa. Lots of mosquitos around and there kept being gecko poo on the bed. The outdoor sunlounge cushions near the pool were covered in sap or poo. The pool wasnt cleaned of leaves while we were there, we had to get the leaves out. Yellow stains on sheets
