Downtown Villas

Proximity to city centre. Really clean and maintained daily by attentive and diligent staff.

The villa was quite spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable and there was international power points next to bed which made charging phones easy. The bathroom was clean and well appointed with shampoo, body wash and hand soap provided. The kitchen had a good size fridge. I would have liked to see a water dispenser provided like the larger villas instead of the 4 bottles of water left daily. The outside pool was a nice temperature but it was very difficult to get in and out of with just a ledge provided. The sunloungers could have benefited from cushions as well. The decking needs some attention and the fake grass was very hot to walk on in the heat of the day. The staff are all lovely and the villa was always cleaned perfectly and they did a nightly turn down service which also included spraying for mosquitoes. Breakfast each morning was excellent as well. There is a small shop about 30m away for drinks and snacks and you are literally a 2 minute walk to Bintang supermarket. Even though the villas are close to JL Legian it was extremely peaceful with minimal noise.

The pool access was the biggest issue for me as an older person with a dodgy knee. I love to swim and this impacted how often I used the pool.

Our large group recently stayed in three separate villas at Downtown Villas in Seminyak for a 9-night trip, and it was a fantastic experience. The property boasts a great location, and the villas themselves were kept perfectly clean. We loved the property amenities, particularly the private pools, lush gardens, and spacious open-plan living areas which made relaxing as a group effortless. The absolute standout feature, however, was the friendly and helpful staff. They were incredibly accommodating and went completely above and beyond to help us celebrate a birthday, a proposal, and an anniversary. They arranged gorgeous flowers and decorated the rooms, making the occasions feel truly special.

The only negative aspect of our stay was the water pressure in the showers, which was noticeably weak and could definitely be improved.
