Great villa for the location

helpful and friendly staff, location to Bintang supermart and resturants within 5 mins walk, location to shopping is great if you want to do street shopping but local drivers are well worth the money. just off the main streets so was quiet at night.

Beautiful private villa.

The superior villa was lovely. Location was great down a lane to bintang supermarket. Transport easy. Breakfast is excellent and delivered to your room. I checked out all the villas and would be happy with all of them.

The decking outside the pool is a little tired but no real problem.

We liked the space and comfort. The facilities are thoughtfully placed.

The villa is in good vicinity, within walking distance to the buzzling shopping street yet it is quietly tugged away from the noise of the street. The breakfast is very good, especially the fruit juices. The swimming pool is well kept daily.

The rain shower is a little too weak, and it drips after turning it off. There are no hooks / hangers to hold the towel within the showering cubicle.

It’s very good location, in front of the biggest supermarket Binbang. And center of Seminyak. The room is functional with kitchen and pool. Dec with good price. And the staff are super warm welcome and help to carry everything. With great breakfast

Great value for money, great location, excellent staff, would highly recommend!

Although close to a busy area, the villa was quiet which was great for relaxing in our pool. The staff were friendly and very accommodating, making sure we were looked after and that our villa was cleaned every day with fresh towels and fresh bottled water provided. Breakfasts were delicious with plenty of choice and delivered to our villa at a time we chose. The villa was very spacious and comfortable for 2 people and had everything we needed, including lots of wardrobe space.

The wooden decking around the pool edge was in need of replacement but it wasn’t a big deal for us.

Amazing

My private villa with pool was fabulous. Cindy and her team were wonderful and always willing to go the extra mile and very accommodating. The breakfasts were delicious and delivered promptly each morning at the villa. The location is excellent with everything within close vicinity, but still felt tranquil and a world away from the hustle and bustle. This place came highly recommended and after my recent stay, i would definitely return and recommend.

Nice villa at a good price. The staff was really friendly and helpful at all times and the breakfast was really tasty

Filthy inside and out ! Slimey green pool tiles

Modern

Dirty inside & out. Slimey pool tiles, very unclean and unsafe. Not maintained in the slightest. Outside bath water smelled bad. One staff member didn’t knock on our door and just entered. Moved a lounge chair and underneath was thick dust, a large dead cockroach and dirty used tissue from a previous guest. The counter tops were dusty and not wiped down in 3 days. Staff left our sliding door unlocked and we were out all day, then the manager argued with me that it didn’t happen. Never apologised but instead said she would che k the security cameras to see if what I was saying was true. I didn’t restock the water, make the bed or give myself fresh towels. It was your staff! I complained and all I got was a free 2 hour late check out. I would not stay here again. VERY disappointed !!!

Family of 7

The Villa was perfect for our family of 7. There is plenty of room. Having our own pool to come back too was fantastic after the busy days sightseeing or shopping. The breakfast at the Villa was lovely and great to have the option of being taken to their sister hotel for their buffet. The staff were absolutely lovely, very friendly and polite.

There are mosquitoes and they need to spray repellent daily. The heater was faulty on 1st night but was repaired in the morning

One of our favourite villas - we’ll be back

The location was central and yet felt like an oasis, the sound of traffic disappeared as you walked down the lane way and we woke to the sounds of birds yet were only a few hundred metres from shops, cafe with great bakery and coffee, Bintang supermarket and restaurants

Very disappointed

Location was good

Money went missing out of bags. ( obviously no evidence to prove but highly likely staff) Villa #8 full of toxic mould!! The whole villa smelt & gave us flu like symptoms. It was extremely run down & all wet areas had wooden floors that were rotting. 2 weeks later still waiting for refund. We couldn’t stay due to feeling unwell, and they were unable to provide another solution. Most disappointing!

Location and space, each villa has its own pool which is great to cool off.

Would have liked a colder fridge with a freezer that could produce ice, but a nice to have only. Neighbours could be heard if playing loud tv/music

Overall very disapointing, for the price

The staff were great

The villas are old and need normal maintenance, on arrival the airconditioning was not working alone with other electrical plugs. Overall, the villa's are old not well equipped don't even have smart TV's. Had to have an argument to simply get additional towels. The breakfast while good in quantity was prepared with older oil and could be easerly be tasted and off putting. I have stayed at Downtown Villas a few times and was told they were renovated, sorry don't see it. Even screws on pool decking were preturding and an injury hazard. Overall very disapointing !

The Villa was amazing, the bed was extremely big and comfortable. The service was great too, cleaned everyday and then a visit again in the afternoon to inspect for mosquitoes. It was the perfect accommodation for our week long stay.

Great Villa Location.

Great location easy to get around. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Very quite location. Breakfast was simple but always delivered and set up on time. The villa was serviced everyday. It is very spacious. Pool was clean and a divine temperature. Beautiful staff who were extremely kind and helpful. Security on the gate at night was also nice. We will return. And I will be recommending to friends and family for future visits to Bali.
