Villa Cocodrilos 2 by Pertama Stay

Kids loved the pool. Perfect location, central to everything we needed in the area Good size for a family of 5 Koming was an attentive, helpful Villa manager

No Cons

The villa was large and comfortable. The bedrooms.were also large. The layout was really nice. We spent alot of time outdoors in the kitchen and lounge area enjoying the outdoors. Service was really good and friendly.

Nothing really to complain about. Just 2 small things. The pool skimmer box was missing the flap so the floating debris in the pool was not being collected properly. Even though water was clean you could see alot of floating debris. The towels were clean and smelt nice. However they were not white. They were grey which shows they are old. I just thought little details like this would make a big difference on impression.

Kamar banyak dan sangat bersih. Lokasi juga strategis. Fasilitas lengkap.

Tidak ada powder room. Jadi kalau ada tamu harus melalui ke kamar mandi kamar tidur kami.

Great location in a quiet lane off Jalan Seminyak and close to Bintang Supermarket. Villa looked beautiful- just like photos. Friendly staff with good communication. Comfortable beds and great aircon. Pool was perfect temp.

This place could have been amazing! Unfortunately we had some issues during our stay which meant we couldn’t use 1 of the bedrooms and had to cramp into the other two. The dysfunctional room leaked when it rained, water running down walls and on floor wetting our belongings. Then it smelled wet and musty. This room also had termites in the ceiling beams, dropping live bugs and wood all over the bed continuously. Staff were helpful and tried to fix the issues but couldn’t. Management wouldn’t offer any compensation. Pool needed a good clean. One of the bedrooms had an open bathroom and was full of mosquitoes.
