'ON THE BEACH' Apartment at Snells Beach is only a one hour easy travel from Auckland on the Northern motorway. This comfortable cosy apartment is situated on park-like grounds edging the white sandy beach with a seascape that changes as the tide flows in and out.
RELAXATION abounds - SMART HD TV and FREE unlimited Wi-Fi INTERNET.
A modern well planned and equipped kitchen with modern appliances for ease.
IMPORTANT NOTE - BOOKING FEES and OPTIONS AVAILABLE :-
The nightly rate does not include the provision of linens and towels.
BOOKING FEE - All online bookings incur a commission for service.
GUEST OPTIONS:-
Linens and towels are optional as guests may provide their own.
Bed configuration - Extra long twin beds or configured as large king bed.
ADVISE OWNER your preferred options and for the cost to supply linens etc.
The accommodation is managed and will be arranged accordingly by owner.
Surcharge will apply for one night bookings - please arrange with owner
REFUSE and RECYCLING BINS for rubbish disposal.
CLEANING and USE - PLEASE NOTE:
KIWI BACH tradition expects GUESTS to leave house cleaned as found on arrival.
Guests must do the dishes and clean before leaving the apartment.

This apartment is fully self-contained and ONLY for the use of the renter.

Warkworth Town Centre on the Mahurangi river, the Kauri Parry Park and Historic Limestone Cement work ruins. The Matakana Village Farmers Market on Saturdays.
DRIVE 4km to Sandspit, ferry across to Kawau Island where Governor Sir George Grey's historic home is situated at Mansion House Bay. Opens for viewing fulfilling a day for picnic or enjoy a scenic woodland trail walk - highly recommended.
SNORKEL in Marine Reserve at Leigh - Goat Island - Glass bottom boat tours available. Snells Beach/Mahurangi Village an easy stroll for the Supermarket, Bakery, Cafes, or Take-out meals. A Library, Pharmacy, Fuel Station, local Pub and tennis courts etc.

NOT suitable for small children - open stairs and upper balcony railing.
NO pets or smoking.
SECURITY BOND:
An additional deposit of $300 maybe charged if any damage or loss occurs to the accommodation, its contents, or caused by a member of his/her party.
Also, if additional cleaning be required, this will be deducted from the Security Bond to reflect the costs involved.

The amenities were good, everything worked well and was comfortable. The hosts are quick to respond to ensure that your stay is as good as possible.

The bach was extremely comfortable, well appointed and spotlessly clean. The only issue was the list of instructions for turning on and off most appliances, water heating and water. Surely this could be done before guests arrive and after they leave. Too bad if we had needed a shower on arrival - the water would be cold!
