About this house rental
Suitable for up to 4 guests
Located 1 hours drive north of Auckland and literally five minutes walk to the beach and park with childrens playground, public toilets and barbeque facilities. Ten minutes to Matakana township and wineries, and the famous Matakana Farmers market and 8 minutes to Warkworth Township and Golf Club. The beach is safe, great for children. Excellent for water sports and boats can be launched off boat ramp at mid to high tide.
The home is elevated with views out to Kawau Island and beyond . Master bedroom with queen bed. One bedroom with 2 single beds, can be configured for King Double. Lounge and dinning with Freeview TV and comfortable lounge suites . The bathroom has shower , hand basin and separate toilet. A fantastic deck to enjoy views out over the bay. In the kitchen there is a fridge , microwave and oven. Laundry with tub and washing machine. Ample parking for boats and cars with parking for one car under house .Gas BBQ for your use and outdoor table and chairs. There no wifi.
Local shops and restaurants are five minutes walk up the road and there is a 4 square , cafes, Gull Station, Hire Place, SaltyDog Pub and a great fish and chip shop .
Please take your own bed linen, pillow cases and towels. Tea, coffee and sugar are provided as a starter for when you arrive. There are pillows and all beds have duvets and electric blankets.

Close to Matakana and Omaha for Weddings.
Welcome to arrive from 3.00pm on first day.
Check out by 11.00am on departure day unless agreed otherwise.
Remove rubbish and leave house tidy as found

We enjoyed the location of our stay, and Ken provided us with excellent communication throughout the whole process, this could not be faulted. The house smelt a little musty from not being opened up and aired out more frequently, and it was a slight inconvenience taking our rubbish home with us, however it ticked all the boxes we needed for a wee getaway.

Right from booking this house, we were impressed with the communication. Ken replied to our request very quickly. Excellent host.The cleanliness of the house would be hard to beat.Location very close to beach and the Matakana area.We would book this house again.
