Snells Seaside Bach - Snells Beach Holiday Home

Easy walking distance to Snell's beach and a good position to explore the whole area- lots of places within an easy drive. Full kitchen with everything we needed. Spacious living and bedroom. it really is a summer house- see comments below

As we came in winter (mid July) the house was a bit cool to start with - we had to use all the heaters to warm it up and kept one oil column heater on overnight to keep chill off. (A heatpump would be more efficient and cheaper to run.) This did result in LOTS of condensation on the windows as it is only single glaze. it would be helpful to have at least a window squeegee or Karcher tool for the windows as I used LOTS of paper towels each day to clear the condensation. Ended up cleaning the windows basically as water accumulated in the channels along the bottom which held a bit of mouldy dirt. Deck and steps in particular could do with a mould clean as they could be a hazard- care was needed especially in after rain. Broken vege drawer in fridge- hard to open with fridge position against wall.

View was awesome, beds very good, quiet location accessible to facilities.

WiFi was not good. not able to stream anything. Suggest an upgrade when available. No extra toilet rolls. No orange rubbish bin

Proximity to beaches. Quiet street.
