Pro: Schöne Wohnung mit super Lage und schönem Grundriss. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und man findet alles nötige wie Töpfe, sitzpolster, Sonnenschirm... Auch mit dem Stellplatz für PKW hat alles geklappt. Contra: Bei Ankunft war leider ein Rollo kaputt und eines der Betten hatte ein defektes lattenrost. Haben dann kurz im vermietungsbüro bescheid gegeben und es wurde am selben Tag noch behoben. Sehr guter Service. Whirlpool wurde allerdings nicht repariert, dort fehlte ein Drehknopf und es hat komisch gerochen, daher haben wir diesen nicht genutzt (hier wäre vlt gut zu wissen wann dieser gewartet und komplett gereinigt wurde bzgl ligionellen). Für das Fahrradhaus haben wir leider keinen Schlüssel bekommen bzw war nicht ganz klar ob eine Garage zur Wohnung gehört. Fazit: Tolle Wohnung, gerne wieder, haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt

Wir haben uns eine Woche (7-Tage) Auszeit an der Ostsee gewünscht. Unser Wunsch wurde in dieser Wohnung voll erfüllt. Ein ganz großes Lob an dieser Stelle an das Vermietungsbüro und seinen Hausmeisterservice. Sehr gut!

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern in der Ferienwohnung. Größe ist perfekt. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit ebenfalls super. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist die Kommunikation mit dem Vermietungsbüro vorab bzgl. der Corona Testnachweise. Wir wurden in den nächsten Ort geschickt obwohl es vor Ort in Großenbrode eine Testmöglichkeit gibt. Aber ansonsten alles Bestens! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne, helle Wohnung zum wohlfühlen

Wir sind in einer schönen, hellen Wohnung mit großen Fenstern und einer sehr guten Ausstattung angekommen. Das geräumige Badezimmer mit kleiner Sauna und einer Whirlpoolbadewanne, hat uns gut gefallen. Das sehr kalkhaltige Wasser hinterlässt leider in der Badewanne auch seine Spuren. Leider war die Aussicht von der Essecke nicht wie beschrieben mit Aussicht auf die Ostsee. Zwischen dem Gebäude mit der Ferienwohnung und der Ostsee wird fleißig ein neues mehrstöckiges Gebäude gebaut und die Aussicht auf die Ostsee gibt es einfach nicht mehr. Sehr schade... Wir waren zufrieden auch mit der Lage, ein kleines Stück gehen und man ist am feinsandigen Strand und in der Strandpassage.

Sehr gemütliche, strandnahe und zentral gelegeme Ferienwohnung; super sauber und mit frisch bezogenen Betten. Wir hatten Urlaub vom ersten Tag an. Besonders intensiv wurde von uns (trotz ganz passablen Wetters) der Whirlpool genutzt. Schwächen in der Bedienung der drei Fernseher durch den Familienvorstand :-) wurden schnell und souverän von der Hausverwaltung gelöst. Von uns gibt es einen Daumen hoch. Wir können die Wohnung wirklich weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Andeas R.

Die Ferienwohnung hat direkten Meerblick, das hat uns am besten gefallen. Wir konnten vom Frühstückstisch aus auf die Ostsee schauen, herrlich beruhigend! Von der Ausstattung her ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Whirlpool, Sauna, WLAN, selbst eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden, um im Notfall schnell mal etwas durchzuwaschen. Empfangen wurden wir mit frisch bezogenen Betten, im Bad lagen die Handtücher für uns bereit. So stellen wir uns Urlaub vor! Für uns war diese Wohnung perfekt, wir waren mit Sicherheit nicht zum letzten Mal dort.

Wir waren Anfang des Jahres zu Zweit in dieser wunderschönen neuen Ferienwohnung. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der direkte Blick auf das Meer aus Wohn- und Esszimmer und Schlafzimmer, so konnten wir auch bei kaltem Wetter vor dem Kaminofen richtiges "Ostseefeeling" genießen. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich ungewöhnlich, egal was wir gesucht haben, es war da! Als wir angekommen sind, waren die Betten bereits frisch bezogen und im Badezimmer warteten schon die Handtücher auf uns. Wir haben uns gleich willkommen gefühlt, der Urlaub konnte beginnen... Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber, auch die Einrichtung ist modern und geschmackvoll. Zum ersten Mal haben wir im Urlaub wirklich nichts vermisst und wir freuen uns schon darauf, wiederzukommen!

Wir waren Anfang November in dieser traumhaften Wohnung. Der Strand lud täglich zum Spazieren gehen ein, da er in sehr kurzer Zeit erreichbar war. Der Baulärm hielt sich in Grenzen. Die Wohnung hat einen sehr schönen Meerblick, den man vom Balkon, Essbereich und dem Wohnzimmer genießen kann. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war hervorragend, es war alles erdenkliche vorhanden. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Betreuung durch das ortsansässige Vermittlungsbüro war hervorragend.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt wunderschön mit Blick aufs Meer. Sie war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Sie verfügte über ein tolles Badezimmer und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Wir haben uns mit 3 Kindern und 2 Erwachsenen sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden von der Betreuung vor Ort wunderbar betreut. Wir hatten leider nur ein verlängertes Wochenende Zeit und wären gerne länger geblieben. Die Umgebung hat etwas von 70iger Jahres Chick. Ein Ort für Camper. Aber von hier aus kann man gut Ausflüge starten. Im Hochsommer könnte die Wohnung etwas warm werden.
