The apartment Feriae Latinae has an area of 160 meters, all decorated and furnished with impeccable taste and charm, all equipped with all the comforts that you need to enjoy your stay, where 10 people can comfortably sleep if they are of the same family, or friends traveling together. In the same apartment 3 independent 'suite' that means a bedroom with a King Size bed and a little living room , table and chairs for a dinner, a double sofa bed, a private bathroom, a balcony, air condition or heating, WiFi and satellite TV, washing machine, iron, as well as linens, towels free of charge, coffee, tea and sugar, shampoo and soap complementary as well.
This apartment has been completely renovated and converted into a holiday home in September 2020. This is a great apartment that we rent for 10 people from the same family or group of friends traveling together. The apartment has 3 suites with independent income, each has its own bathroom, kitchen, Plasma Tv, Wifi to be comfortable and indipendent eventhough make your stay comfortable and independent for a family group or friends notwithstanding traveling together.
The apartment location has a plus, walking distance from St. Peter Station from which you can reach by train the pier of Civitavecchia from where all the cruises leave .

We had a wonderful experience rental experience at this apartment. Antonella was a very helpful and accommodating property manager. The 3 separate suites worked out great. My only issue was that instead of the advertised 2 king beds and 1 queen, there was one king, queen, and full- sized bed — we had 3 very tall men in the group, so the full-sized bed was not optimal. The apartment was in a non- touristy area and had good restaurants, espresso cafes, and grocery stores nearby. It was a 20 - 30 minute walk to Vatican City. In order to get to the places across the river you did need to take public transportation or a taxi (or walk for 45 minutes or more if you had the time). Taxis were easy to schedule via a phone app. I would recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Rome, that is looking to stay away from the central tourist areas.

This was the most beautiful spot I’ve stayed in. The host was very nice and understanding after we experienced a terrible delay with our flights. We loved the space it gave each couple their privacy. We will be coming back and also referring this spot to other friends and family.

Our family stayed for a week at the end of an overseas holiday. What a wonderful place to end our holiday. This accommodation is amazing, with every convenience you could ask for. The location is excellent, being in a residential area which is easily accessible to the city by walking or a short bus trip. Great restaurants and shops in the area itself, too. Ada and Romula were incredibly helpful, providing advice and information about Rome and assisting with travel arrangements. The thought that goes into making the apartment welcoming and comfortable is very evident. For a family of 8 people, including teenagers, this was perfect accommodation. I would certainly recommend it.
