Great location, spaceous app

The app is very spaceous. We were 5 adults and 2 children and we have a lot of space. It also have two bathrooms, but are old and not so clean. All bedrooms have air conditioning which is super nice. The area is very loud at evenings but it has supermarket and lots of restaurants and bars. It is also very near metro. Alice sent us information and we get into the app very easy.

The bathrooms and kitchen were dirty and old. In the kitchen it lacks kitchens items for cooking.

A fantastic stay in a prime location with authentic local charm, great views and easy access to Rome

The location was excellent—only a 30-minute walk from the Vatican Museums. There are many family-run restaurants nearby offering authentic dishes at reasonable prices. The closest metro station is just a 6-minute walk away, and the nearest train station is about 8 minutes on foot. The terrace on the 7th floor provides a wonderful view. For breakfast, you can easily pick up something from a spot just around the corner. The price was fair, and we really enjoyed our stay. Access to the property was quick and straightforward, but you’ll need internet since everything is managed online.

The main downside was the noise—since the building dates back to the 60s or 70s, you can hear quite a bit of street noise (although it does quiet down after 10 p.m.). A small issue was that one of the bedrooms had a bed that was only a one-and-a-half size, which might be more suitable for young couples.

Highly recommended- would book again

Highly recommended apartment. Gave us the space we needed as a family with teenagers. Clean and comfortable in a great location- walking distance to the Vatican but also the metro to take us all around the city easily. Shops and supermarkets within 2 minutes walking - everything you could need close by. Great views of the Vatican city from he balcony- lovely to see this in the morning and lit up at night. Check in details sent beforehand- great communication and no problems- easy to follow. There is a small lift on site so no need to take the stairs if difficult. Transfers organised by Host (Alice) on request- great communication and no issues. Our baggage was lost by the airline for 2 days and Alice helped with additional arrangements to get our suitcase delivered back to us. She was brilliant- always on hand if needed to arrange anything. Also arranged transfer back to airport and baggage storage so we could enjoy the city more before our late flight home. Would highly recommend- we would book this apartment again if we are lucky enough to return to Rome.

Amazing place 😍

Very good location about 500m from metro station. Very nice apartment with comfortable beds. Amazing view on the St. Peter’s Basilica. Alice is very helpful she send us a lot of information about restaurants, gelato itc Thank you it was amazing time in Rome😍

good location and good value

the apartment was much bigger than I expected. the location is good, very close to metro. there are supermarkets, cafes and restaurants around as well. the host was very friendly and she gave me many useful information.

the couch bed in the living room was actually broken. we managed to extend it as a bed but it was not very stable… also the doors are old so it made a lot of loud noise when we close it and open it.

Maybe for students one night stay it is ok, but not for Families.

The real condition was different compare to the pictures on booking. WC doors did not closed properly, the apartament was'nt clean and looked not hygiene. It was worst than we expected. The Alice tryed to be very careness but guests should know that pictures are made on open days and now its looks different. So if you will knew that maybe your expectations will be less and everything will be ok. :)

Beds were in very bad shape, the whole apartment is very outdated, need serious maintenance and renewal. The shower in the 2nd bathroom is non existant, the very low quality/old windows do not isolate the noise at nights

Maravilhoso

Ficámos em família (7 pessoas) neste apartamento e superou todas as expectativas. O apartamento é enorme, muito confortável e perfeito para grupos grandes. A localização é excelente, numa avenida tranquila mesmo ao lado da estação de metro Cipro e muito perto do Vaticano, o que facilitou imenso as nossas deslocações pela cidade. A casa estava muito bem equipada: cozinha completa com todos os utensílios, muitos produtos de higiene e limpeza, papel higiénico suficiente para toda a estadia, máquina de lavar roupa e estendal, o que foi muito útil para uma família grande. A sala é muito espaçosa e a mesa de jantar gigante permitiu-nos fazer várias refeições confortavelmente todos juntos. Os quartos são grandes e confortáveis. A entrada com código deu-nos muita segurança e independência. A senhora Alice foi extremamente prestável, sempre disponível e muito atenciosa. Organizou para nós os transfers de e para o aeroporto com carrinha grande para 7 pessoas, o que tornou tudo muito mais fácil. Recomendo totalmente este alojamento e voltaria sem hesitar!

C'est un bon rapport qualité prix ce n'est pas très cher donc ce n'est pas le grand luxe. Alice est très reactive quand vois avez un soucis. Proximité des commerces et métro ça c'est le top.

Solo la posizione ed il quartiere

Tutti i materassi dei letti scomodissimi. Un letto aveva l@ doga rotta al centro. Un altro letto aveva la struttura più grande del materasso per cui si creava un vuoto tra la struttura ed il materasso. Il divano letto aveva un materasso alto circa 5 cm e cigolava tutto il divano. L’alloggio era troppo caldo e necessitava l’accensione dei clima, il problema che erano rumorosissimi e dovevi subito spegnerli. Le docce con le tende appiccicose. Segnale Wi-Fi scarso.

Blisko centrum, blisko do metra, wspaniały kontakt z właścicielką, mieszkanie czyste. Szklanki, ręczniki, sztućce, i talerze na mieszkaniu. Pralka również jest na miejscu co było dużym zaskoczeniem.

Lekko zdjęcia różnią się z rzeczywistością, przydałoby się lekkie odświeżenie mieszkania, ale mieszkanie było bardzo w porządku. Kanapa w salonie skrzypiała przy najmniejszym ruchu, do tego materac cienki.

Il manque des équipements électroménagers, des ustensiles et serviettes de cuisine. Une des salles d’eau est difficilement utilisable en raison de son exiguïté et des risques d’inondation.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą, szybka reakcja na zadawane pytania. Kuchnia wyposażona standardowo. Wygodne NOWE materace na WSZYSTKICH ŁÓŻKACH, czysto. Blisko do metra ok 300 m. Na przeciwko super restauracja, pizzeria- z pyszną pizzą i kebab u Turka, pod blokiem supermarket, na przeciwko apteka czynna 24h.

Posizione e Alice disponibile e gentile ad ogni richiesta. Abbiamo segnalato dei problemi e lei si è messa a disposizione per risolvere subito. Casa spaziosa come da foto. Check automatico molto agevole.

Appartamento un po' vecchiotto. Letti migiorabili e cattivo odore nei bagni. Ma nel Complesso per 2-3 notti è tutto accettabile

Świetna okolica, bardzo blisko muzeum watykańskiego. Całe wyposażenie wewnątrz apartamentu było bardzo dobre, niczego nie brakowało. Bardzo podobało mi się również podejście Alice, która była zawsze pomocna i bardzo wyrozumiała. Niezwykle miła osoba.
