About this apartment rental
Beautiful and recently renovated 100 square meter apartment, on the second floor with lift, of a prestigious early 20th century building. Quiet, very bright, furnished with sobriety, the apartment consists of 3 bright and spacious bedrooms, all with a double bed and a single bed, one bedroom also has a balcony from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the verdant internal courtyard. 3 large bathrooms with shower (one en-suite), the kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, the living room has table, chairs, sofa bed, TV (it can be made into a double room if you need it). The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 11 - 12 people. The apartment also has free WiFi, TV in all rooms, independent heating, hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, towels and bed linen.

Perfect for 6 adults. Walkable to Vatican. Near bus location and various restaurants. The lady who met us to give us check in information was awesome. Super nice and helpful as well as responsive to our messages. She gave us some good recommendations. Property is dated and beds typical of Italy. Popular amenities advertised was ac and washer. All rooms had ac but one. When I inquired I was told it was obvious in the pictures which bedrooms had ac. I reviewed pictures and yes, you barely see units in two bedrooms and not in the other. This should be in writing. They did bring us fans the next day. The washer was locked up and when I inquired about using it was told for cleaning staff. Big disappointment as we all wanted to do some laundry. They did provide locations we could take our laundry to. They need to change description on VRBO and I told them this. There was an elevator! Free breakfast is a 3 minute walk for a cappuccino and croissant. Tenants not the friendliest and we were instructed to be silent in hallway as much as possible. The transportation to the airport they arranged was on time and very reasonable and appreciated. The list of restaurants provided with those that have coupons for 10% Off needs updating. We chose one and they did not honor the coupon.

This was such a nice place to stay in a great neighborhood in Rome. We were only there for one night and had to fly out the next day, but we wish we could have stayed longer. The small elevator worked ok for us because one person in our party had a folding wheelchair that just fit, and she was able to walk up a few steps to get to the elevator. We all enjoyed the nice space, and communication with host and check-in team was great. Our host also set us up with some great drivers from the train when we arrived and to the airport when we had to leave.

This property is in a good location with walk ability to restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms worked great for us.
