Nestled between Shoal Bay Beach and Little Beach, you are spoilt for choice with pristine coastline on each side - spend your days soaking up the sand and sea, creating memories for a lifetime. Splash in the calm bay waters with the kids and build sandcastles, or play on the Little Beach foreshore which offers a playground, free BBQ facilities and plenty of grass to run around. You're also just 2km or a 5-minute drive to Nelson Bay CBD and Marina.
Sit back and relax over a BBQ feast on your own private balcony as you take in the leafy parkland views and water glimpses to Shoal Bay Beach and ponder which beach to visit, or make plans for your dolphin or whale watch cruise. Inside your holiday unit, you'll find open plan living which features a 50" Smart TV with Wifi, a DVD player and a ceiling fan, along with comfortable wicker seating that sets those classic seaside holiday vibes. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and full-sized fridge.
The main bedroom has a queen bed with built-in robes and an ensuite with shower and toilet, while the second bedroom has a tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top) and the third bedroom offers a set of bunks. Ample parking is available with a double garage and an open car space which can also suit a single axle boat trailer or jet ski. The boat ramp at Little Beach is just a 2-minute drive, so it will be a breeze to get your boat out on the water.
