About this house rental
Ideally positioned in the popular Little Beach area, this home offers the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. Wests Nelson Bay Diggers is an easy 800m walk away, where you can enjoy bistro dining, live entertainment and Balance Gym, which welcomes visitors all year round. After settling in, take a short stroll to the Little Beach Foreshore and enjoy a calm, family-friendly swimming beach, free BBQ and picnic facilities, a children’s playground, a fishing jetty and a 4-lane boat ramp. The beautiful Shoal Bay Beach is just 250m up the road, while golfers can tee off at Nelson Bay’s 27-hole golf course approximately 2.4km away with club and cart hire available. Nelson Bay Bowling Club is located right next door, and dolphin-watching cruises depart daily from the Marina, around 2.3km from the house.
Families will appreciate the added bonus of a full sized tennis table with bats/balls AND a mobile basketball hoop stored in the garage, which can be set up on the terrace—don’t forget to bring a basketball.
The home features a spacious open-plan living and kitchen area, tiled throughout and designed for comfort. This space includes a split-system air conditioner (heating and cooling), comfortable leather lounge, LCD TV, Blu-ray DVD player, free Wi-Fi and a timber dining setting for eight guests. Sliding doors open onto a private, fully enclosed courtyard with outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ, perfect for relaxed outdoor meals.
There are two separate living areas in the house, both equipped with a couch and TV, providing plenty of space for families or groups.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, stovetop, fridge/freezer and ample bench space. The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and features a queen-size bed, ceiling fan and built-in robe. The combined bathroom and laundry on this level includes a shower over the bath, vanity and toilet, along with a top-loading washing machine and laundry tub, with the dryer located in the garage. Additional features include a double lock-up garage with remote access and space to park a trailer boat on the grassed area at the front of the property.
Upstairs is fully ducted with air conditioning and offers a second living area with a double sofa bed and sliding glass doors leading to a balcony. The second bedroom includes one double bed and one single bed, while the third bedroom offers two single beds. All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans and built-in robes, and there is a second bathroom located on the upper level.
Smoke alarms are installed at the property, and linen packs with beds made are provided for your stay.

Plenty of beds however we also took blow up mattress x 2. Garage for boat was great and we simply parked out the front. No issues with neighbors noting we were strict on any late night sessions inside not on balcony. Location to beach a 5 minute walk maximum to beach and 5 minute drive to boat ramp. Would go again tomorrow loved it.

Great location, great size. Aggressive neighbour unfortunately but the overall stay was amazing. Really close to the beach. Good facilities - garden, BBQ, dishwasher, parking. Would definitely stay again.

Everything went well BUT NO WIFI. We were on a sailing regatta and need access to up to date weather models. So if WIFI is a must, sadly not here. That said neat, tidy and functional for what we needed.
