About this house rental
This renovated family house is on a single level with large living areas and modern furniture. The main living area is air conditioned, if required, plus a ceiling fan. Furniture consists of 3 x seater and 2 x seater lounges plus 2 x leather recliners with foot stools and a large ottoman. Other accessories include a 42 inch LED LCD HD television, blueray/DVD player, OPTUS FETCH with 30 free movies included.
WIFI is available on the NBN Network free of charge
Main bedroom has ensuite.
2nd toilet and separate bathroom also.
Portable baby cot with change area plus high chair with safety strap available.
Kitchen / Dining / Bedrooms
The spacious fully equiped kitchen and dining area features electric oven and gas cooktop, microwave , dishwasher and large family size fridge.
The dining table can seat 8.
Also included is a two seater leather lounge and 32 inch
HD LCD television with blueray/DVD player.
IPod dock included.
Main ensuite bedroom has a queen size bed and built in wardrobe and a ceiling fan.
Second bedroom has a queen size bed, built ins and ceiling fan.
Third bedroom has a single bed plus bunks , built-ins and ceiling fan. for safety reasons do not use the ceiling fan when top bunk is occupied. The fourth bedroom has a two single beds. This bedroom also has built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan.
All linen and towels (excluding beach towels) included at no extra cost.
Entertainment area
The large covered entertainment area features 10 seater outdoor setting plus large gas hooded Bar-B Que. This area is open at each end to take advantage of a beautiful sea breeze.

Great place, it has everything you can imagine for a time outside home and even more, all spotless and clean. Big and comfortable. Great host too.
