Wonderful home base for a family of four visiting Nice, Monacco, and surrounding community!

The hosts were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was off to a good start. They showed us the property and even had some food items available since we came in after the stores closed. Incredibly thoughtful! The house was more beautiful and spacious than the pictures make it out to be. Our family of four had plenty of room to spread out, both inside and outside, and enjoyed multiple homecooked meals in the well stocked kitchen. The bedroom arrangement was perfect for two kids and parents and the bathroom was comfrotable. We enjoyed most the feeling of home, enjoying the space and the feel. Very well made and beautiful appartment. The appartment is a 9 minute walk from the train station that takes you to the center of Nice. We had an easy time taking the train to Nice, Monacco, and Sanremo, Italy. Surprisingly easy to get around, a big grocery store was 10 minutes away. A delicious bakery and cafe was down the street. We loved the area. Wonderful neighborhood!

Lovely place to stay comfortable and clean and well placed for buses and trams

It was very hot whilst we were in Nice and the apartment was air conditioned which was great. It was very clean and well equipped and our hosts were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely book again.

Superb

Location was good. It was close to highway A8 so that we could easily get to nearby destination. There was everything we could use. Very convenient. Garden was so beautiful. Wide parking space. We could enjoy the house like home.

We found several ants on the floor in front of main door. Otherwise everything was good.

Maison de vacances parfaite !

Maison charmante, très bien équipée aussi bien pour les équipements à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur, cour fermée pour stationner la voiture, rue calme, il y a vraiment tout le confort pour se sentir bien. Propreté impeccable, accueil très chaleureux et petits conseils précieux, petites attentions gourmandes pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue et disponibilité de notre hôte qui s'est déplacée à 5h30 du matin avec toujours la même gentillesse, pour notre départ. Bref, beaucoup d'efforts pour rendre notre séjour agréable.

Tranquillité et logement bien situé pour les amoureux du vélo

Avons eu les clés en matinée au lieu de 16h et sommes repartis à midi au lieu de 10h, très appréciable quand on fait le trajet de nuit. Avons été accueillis par Sylvie...et tout ce qu il fallait pour un petit-déjeuner! Elle nous a donné plein d infos sur la région Sylvie fait partie des perles rares!

Fijn vakantiehuisje dichtbij Nice.

We werden op het afgesproken tijdstip vriendelijk ontvangen. Als welkom lagen er al wat boodschappen klaar voor ons: erg lief! Het huisje is rustig gelegen en een ideale uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Nice, Grasse, Cannes, Monaco, Eze en Menton. De supermarkt is dichtbij en de bakker op loopafstand. Het huisje is niet supergroot, maar voelt in werkelijkheid toch wat ruimer dan hoe het er op de foto's uitziet. Ook erg fijn dat er voldoende parkeerruimte is op eigen terrein. De keuken is goed uitgerust qua apparaten: er was zelfs een mixer.

Als ik dan iets moet noemen: de badkamer is aan de kleine kant, maar we hebben ons er prima mee kunnen redden.
