About this villa rental
Private villa in the quiet area of the Valle de la Coma, just 15 minutes from the town and 20 minutes from the beach. It has a pool. It is surrounded by gardens, terraces, barbecue and laundry.
On the ground floor we have a dining room with stereo and open kitchen fully equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances such as oven, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. It also has a full bathroom and a lounge with TV, DVD player, and satellite. In addition there is the room with double bed with en suite bathroom and the single room.
Going up to the first floor is the other double bedroom with shower room en suite. With an incredible terrace.
The house is fully equipped with several air conditioning devices.

We have just spent 10 days at this holiday rental. The house was clean and very spacious with plenty of room for our group of 4 adults and a toddler. The owners changed the bed linen and cleaned half way through our stay which was a nice touch. The outside space is excellent especially the 2 lovely terraces and pool.
We had a couple of issues however, one relating to a travel cot we requested which was promptly addressed and one which wasn't- namely a leaking toilet in the downstairs en-suite, which made it unusable and quite smelly.
The house is in a beautiful and very tranquil location which we really enjoyed. We walked most mornings into Pollensa along the GR221 which was lovely and highly recommended.
The access to the house as other reviewers have mentioned is quite hair-raising in places, being very narrow and very rough in places. I would definitely advise against a large hire car.
Whilst we really enjoyed our time here, it was blighted by the large numbers of mosquitoes which were around constantly. We all got bitten repeatedly despite wearing copious amounts of Deet and using electric plug-ins. I appreciate there is nothing the owners can do about this but it would put us off booking again.
However this aside, the house is very good value for money and perfect if you want total peace and in lovely surroundings.
