Hotel Monnàber Vell

Wonderful stay at Monnaber Vell. Well-appointed Finca with stunning infinity pool overlooking the valley. Food was really good with lots of locally grown produce. Staff were lovely & owner gave interesting tour of property followed by wine tasting.

If you get a chance to book this property, do it. Incredible! Everything is beyond amazing. The breakfast and pool are the highlights.

We liked everything. We have a couple of suggestions for the hotel manager. It’s time to update the furniture in the room, as it’s getting old. Also, it would be nice to have a fresher dinner menu, not just fried dishes. The pool was chlorine-free, which was a great plus. The breakfast was good: various types of cheese, smoked fish, freshly squeezed juice, omelets, and even pancakes. A fresh salad would have been a nice addition👌 otherwise, everything was fine!

Monnaber Vell is a really special place. It’s peaceful, relaxing and beautiful. They put out a nice breakfast buffet with lots of local and homemade products. The pool is really spectacular. There is a small sauna and steam room. The hotel is very quiet and dark at night. My only suggestions would be some landscape lighting in case you want to relaxe outside at night, some light ambient music, and maybe someone that serves drinks by the pool. I’d highly recommend the hotel if you’re looking for a break from the hustle and bustle.
