Relax by the beach in this wonderful 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath waterfront house in Provincetown's quiet East End. This is the perfect get-away for anyone wanting to doze to the sounds of the ocean, walk the beach, and meander into town. This home has one of the largest backyards on the bay, extending to a large deck directly over the water. The views of Provincetown Bay, Long Point Light and the Truro shoreline are spectacular! The only 5 bedroom on the water!
The first floor has three bedrooms all with queen beds, each has window ac-2 full baths just outside the bedrooms, kitchen/living area with sliders leading to a large deck, and fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs has two large bedrooms, one king, one queen bed, two en-suite baths, half bath off living area, a large deck off the master bedroom, and a fully equipped kitchen/living area with small deck/grill. Entire 2nd floor has central AC. Tandem parking for four cars, Washer/dryer on EACH floor. Wifi/cable. Sunday to Sunday weekly rentals during the summer. Shorter stays during the off season.
This property is located on the beach in the best part of Provincetown, the quiet East End. There are no houses located in front or behind you. This provides nice privacy over many homes that are rented. Walk to the edge of the property and take in the amazing views of the bay or walk the beach at low tide. Walk to the center of town, only 15 minutes away through the beautiful gallery district.

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful home for this year’s family trip to Provincetown. The house was spacious, sparkling clean and had any amenity we needed; our 4 year old son had a blast playing in the Sandy backyard, only steps away from the beach. The views were unbeatable and walking distance into town only 10-15 minutes. Communication with property manager was great. Truly a top-notch rental, would stay here again and again!

The house was immaculate and as well appointed as I’ve ever seen in all my rentals. The house itself was truly amazing the views of the ocean spectacular. The owners were truly amazing and responded to every email I sent them. This really was the best place I’ve ever stayed and I am going back.

Beautiful spacious home right on the bay with views of Provincetown, long point and Truro. The master bedroom suite is amazing! The house had everything we needed and more and is close enough to walk to town. We loved the interior design and the art work. It’s rare to find a home this fantastic that allows dogs. This was our second time renting. We hope to return soon!

We stayed at this beach house for a week in late June. Best. Trip. Ever! The house is large and stunning. Especially the master bedroom and bathroom. The large A frame windows and skylights overlook the beautiful ocean with decks on both levels. House was extremely charming and clean with plenty of space. Ptown is just awesome as always. The owners were quick to answer and responsive to our needs. Wish we never had to leave…Will definitely be back again and again!
