About this house rental
Provincetown West End town house near the Moors. If your group is larger, please also check out my adjacent Vrbo rental home at Vrbo # 2162366. NOTE: From May to October we require a 7 night minimum stay with a Saturday check-in / out.
Luxurious West End home near Herring Cove Beach with 3 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, private outdoor spaces on each level, hot tub, TV's in all common spaces and some bedrooms.
Located in the picturesque West End, just a short walk to the Moors and the National Seashore
with access to Herring Cove Beach.
This very private home features multiple decks overlooking 4 clay tennis courts(out of service) tucked within a piece of Provincetown's natural woodlands.
Easily accessible by bike or on foot to restaurants, galleries and nightlife.
Open floor plan makes the space perfect for entertaining your family and friends.
First level: Open floor plan joins large living space with the kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is
fully equipped for entertaining with a chef’s oven, wide counters, dishwasher, wine cooler, and a large island that seats 8. (Please note that there are only 3 bedrooms = 6 adults). Double glass doors open onto the outdoor patio seating and grill area. This floor also has a full bathroom.
Second level: King-bedded Master bedroom with Juliet balcony overlooking the tennis courts. This bedroom has a fireplace that is shared with its spacious en-suite bathroom with shower and separate soaking bathtub. Large walk-in closet. Fireplaces are only turned on for winter rentals.
Also on the second level, guest bedroom is in the front of the house with its own private sitting balcony. The en-suite bathroom has a shower.
It has a Queen size bed. Large closet space.
Third level: Second Master Bedroom has a King bed with en-suite bathroom. This floor opens onto a deck with the hot tub and the spiral stair access up to the widow’s walk deck on the roof of the house with 360 degree views of the woodlands and ocean.
A washer and dryer is available for guest use. The house is furnished with bath towels as well as beach towels and beach chairs.
2 assigned parking spaces are included. 3rd car could require payment for Town Parking lots. Call the owner Jay to discuss options 617-803-7017.
Well behaved pets with responsible owners will be considered. Additional pet fees will apply. We would request pets not be allowed on the furniture. If this is not possible, then you need to bring pet blankets from home to protect our furniture. Pets coming home from the beach or muddy walk will need to be rinsed off before entering the house. A garden hose is available for this. Pet towels to dry them are available upon request.
The unit next door is a mirror image of this unit. Both could be available to rent for parties of 12 adults. Both are owned by the same owner.

Great house with large rooms and beach proximity. Easily spent tons of time with the dog at the breakwater. Excellent house to work from which was important to us.Great vibes from all the neighbors. We'd def stay again!

We had a great week in Ptown. The house is fully equipped, and Jay is a wonderful host. It's comfortably spacious, with a perfect layout that allows everyone to gather for a drink, meal, or game night—while still offering privacy and personal space when needed. There’s plenty of natural light throughout the house thanks to the many windows. The bedrooms are all large and feature en suite bathrooms. There are several decks and a great back patio for outdoor space. This has been my family’s favorite vacation rental so far, and we’re already planning a return trip for next year! (And most importantly, our dog was very happy and comfortable here too.)

I’ll start off by saying, we honestly never wanted to leave. Staying in this luxurious, impeccable, super-comy and spacious home on the West End of town for 2 weeks has completely spoiled us. After 6 years of staying in the area, we have already planned our return here next Summer. As host, Shawn goes above and beyond, offering his inside tips of P’town, where to dine, what beaches to go to, etc. If anything came up Shawn, promptly helped us out with a smile. A kinder, sweeter man would be hard to find. We just adore him.
Just stepping through the doorway, we were wowed by the vast amount of light, the easy flow of the rooms, not to mention the keen creative eye of Jay, who elegantly decorated the place with so many pieces from local artists. The kitchen is filled every top appliance, pot/pan, or tool a cook would ask for. Shawn did a fantastic job of stocking the cabinets and drawers. The island served as our breakfast, work area, build puzzles, play games, prep, eat dine space. We cooked several dinners and agreed that it was so much fun to sit around that beautiful island versus any formal dining table. The outside space is so peaceful and serene. The living room provided great relaxation and ease at the end of the evening as we nestled into the couch, eating Lewis’s ice cream and catching up on a few shows the large Smart TV.
And aaahhhh, the bedrooms -- each one is so roomy, inviting, with comfy beds and an individual balcony. For us the top bedroom was total Nirvana. Nestled into the top of the house with plenty of storage space, we would read or relax out on the covered deck then hop into the tub and look at the stunning treed landscape. Late in the afternoon we’d go to the top deck to watch the sunset or gaze at the stars. The community is quiet and very friendly. We were surprised how much we would enjoy the Moors. We spent many a day, paddle boarding the Breakwaters, taking our floating chairs to rest in the gentle tide. At low tide, we loved hiking around the tidal flats with our dog, even spotting a fox or two!
This amazing home is the perfect, luxurious get away, not far from the heart of Provincetown, yet steps to the National Seashore. If you’re thinking of treating yourself to a dream vacation in the Outer Cape, look no further than this stunning rental – with the most wonderful and attentive hosts ever, Shawn and Jay. Thank you both for making our two-week stay utterly unforgettable.
