Welcome to The Tucker House, a beautiful vacation rental in the heart of Provincetown. This elegant four-bedroom home occupies the front section of the former Tucker Inn, dating to around 1850, and has recently been completely renovated. Historic character blends seamlessly with modern design, from the original stained glass entry doors and staircase to the coffered ceilings, wide plank hardwood floors, recessed lighting, large Andersen windows, and inviting gas fireplace. Bright and open, it offers a refined retreat for guests who want comfort, style, and the ability to walk to all that Ptown has to offer.
The main level is the perfect space for everyone to gather, with an open living room, dining area, and kitchen designed for relaxed vacation living. The living room is flooded with natural light and feels spacious with 13 foot ceilings, while the dining area is tucked next to a bay window and has a round farmhouse table with seating for eight. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with GE Cafe appliances, Holiday Kitchens cabinetry, marble countertops, a pantry closet, and a sliding glass door that opens to the fenced patio. Off the main living area, you’ll also find a bedroom with an ensuite bath and a separate half bath.
Upstairs, the home continues with three cozy bedrooms, three beautiful bathrooms, and thoughtful amenities designed to make your stay even more comfortable. Each bedroom feels private and polished, with care put into every detail, and the upstairs hallway includes a sunny window overlooking Center Street along with a laundry room featuring a large washer and dryer and plenty of shelving.
