Welcome to 12 Atwood! This 2000 sq. ft., four-bedroom single-family home sleeps eight and is perfect for your Provincetown adventure!
Featuring two brand new bathrooms, including a luxurious master bathroom with a large shower, double vanity, and separate enclosed toilet space, connected to the king-sized first-floor master bedroom.
Additional updates for 2025 include all new furnishings and beds, an outdoor shower, a newly renovated office with a double monitor workstation, laundry room, and central AC. The house also features a living room with seating for eight, dining room for eight, and a modern well-outfitted kitchen. A steep historic staircase leads to a smaller second living space, two queen bedrooms, and a cozy (yes, small) second-floor bedroom with two twin beds.
Off the kitchen is a private two-level patio surrounded by lush vegetation, providing a rare secluded outdoor oasis in the heart of Provincetown, as well as an outdoor shower and Weber gas grill. The outdoor space continues with a large second floor roof deck with views of the Pilgrim Monument and West End tree tops. 12 Atwood is conveniently located just a block from a public beach, minutes from Sal’s Place and Relish Cafe, and a six-minute walk from Tea at the Boatslip. Parking for two cars is included, and additional parking is available at town lots nearby. Eight beach chairs, four beach umbrellas, beach towels, and linens provided.
