Gemütlich und modern

Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz. Besonders gefällt das geräumige helle Wohnzimmer sowie der riesige Balkon, mit einem tollen Ausblick direkt auf die umliegenden Berge. Die Einrichtung wirkt sehr neuwertig und sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch wenn wir nur selten gekocht haben, hat es uns dort an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wer möchte, der kann täglich frische Brötchen zum Frühstück bestellen. Das einzige Manko an dieser tollen Wohnung ist die relativ nah gelegene Straße. Diese ist zwar nur sehr mäßig befahren, aber wer einen leichten Schlaf hat und bei offenem Fenster schlafen möchte, könnte hier seine Probleme haben. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist das alles kein Problem, diese sind sehr gut schalldämmend. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Es gibt einen morgendlichen Brötchen-Service mit leckeren Semmeln und Brot. Die Unterkunft ist modern, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Panoramafenster sowie der große Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge machen die Unterkunft perfekt.

Wir haben eine Woche in der Leutasch verbracht zum Wandern und Mountainbiken. Die Wohnung war perfekt für uns. Hell, sauber, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, zwei Schlafzimmer jeweils mit Bad, grosser Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge...Garten mit Trampolin und Hasen für die Kinder...und sehr netten Vermietern! Von der Wohnung ist man in 2 min in der Geisterklamm, in ca 15 min in Seefeld, aber auch in Mittenwald oder Scharnitz. Es gibt also jede Menge Möglichkeiten zum Wandern, Radeln u.v.m. Gasthöfe zum Essen gehen sind ebenfalls einige in unmittelbarer Nähe. Absolute Empfehlung!

Wohnung war sehr modern eingerichtet und ausreichend groß für eine vierköpfige Familie. Tolle Lage zum Wandern und Radfahren. Besonderes Highlight für die Kinder war der Garten mit Trampolin, Klettergerüst und Hasen. Schön war auch die Bademöglichkeit im Garten.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für 4 Personen, da sie 2 Bäder hat und ein gemeinsamer Wohn,- Küchenbereich mit schönen großen Fenstern, toller Aussicht und einem Balkon. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit; wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Man sieht, dass die Wohnung mit viel Liebe und Eigenarbeit eingerichtet wurde. Der Garten kann auch genutzt werden. Trotz der Straße ist die Lage ruhig - ein toller Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Wanderungen.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der schönen Ferienwohnung sehr genossen und nichts vermisst. Zuerst waren wir skeptisch wegen der Lage an der Straße. Die hat uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört und wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Frau und Herr Gruber sind super nette Gastgeber. Vielen Dank noch einmal.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt wunderbar ruhig, bietet einen tollen Ausblick und ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen in der Umgebung. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und entspricht voll uns ganz der Beschreibung. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit. Den angebotenen Brötchenservice haben wir sehr gerne genutzt.

Wir waren 5 Tage in dieser gemütlichen Wohnung, wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und versorgt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der morgendliche Brötchendienst war top! Auch Schlitten waren zum Ausleihen vor Ort. Wohnbereich neu ausgebaut, die Bäder etwas winzig und auch etwas älter. Leider ist die Lage der Wohnung für Wintersportler abgesehen von der Langlaufloipe sehr abgeschieden. Die Busverbindungen waren sehr mangelhaft, so dass wir nach dem Skifahren von Seefeld zurück 1,5 Stunden brauchten... und daher leider für alle Unternehmungen auf ein Auto angewiesen waren. Anregung für die Wohnung wären ein paar gute und vor allem auch größere Töpfe zum Kochen.

Wir sind als Großfamilie angereist mit Großeltern und unseren 3 Kindern. Die Gastgeber wahren überausfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, besonders komfortabel ist der Geschirrspüler. Was uns an der Wohnung aber am besten gefallen hat, ist wenn man gemütlich Abends noch zusammengesessen war und direkt auf die Berge sehen konnte.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung, sie war super sauber und gepflegt. Auch die Ausstattung war sehr gut und wenn wir etwas brauchten, waren die Vermieter sofort zur Stelle. Wir wurden von Anfang an sehr freundlich aufgenommen und bei allen Fragen wunderbar betreut. Die Wohnung ist wirklich nur zu empfehlen !!!!!!! Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut, nicht weit von Seefeld und wunderbar zum Wandern und wenn Schnee liegt zum Ski fahren.
