The unit is large plenty big for our family. Good location also. We are not picky but some people might be disappointed with the unit. It is showing wear, living room furniture and carpet are worn, cove molding is coming away from the wall in several spots, kitchen counter top is coming apart. Kitchen was missing several items, pans, baking sheet etc. that the condo manager supplied. I would suggest unit replace the carpet with tile, replace the kitchen counter, the cove molding, the living area furniture and spruce the unit up. We love Rehoboth so we still had a good time.

We had a fantastic stay. The check-in staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This is the perfect location for a family trip.

The place needs serious updating. Master bead mattress is shot. Second shower was not overall clean. We found a plate of potato chips under the tv. The window blinds break if you touch them. Coffee maker and toaster provided don’t work. It’s location is a plus.
