About this apartment rental
OCEAN BLOCK, cute and nicely decorated condo is located in the heart of Rehoboth Beach, on the corner of Maryland Avenue and First Street. Park your car for the week and walk to everything Rehoboth has to offer. Offers 2BR,2 BA, one parking space plus 1 Rehoboth Beach Parking Permit,2 TVs and Wifi. Its a great value too. Sorry, no pets permitted. Sorry no washer/dryer.
Guest pays $110 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).

This property is in the perfect location for Rehoboth Beach as you can easily walk everywhere. We parked our car and never moved it until we left for home. The unit itself was very clean, nicely furnished and had very comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location! Two br and two baths, great full kitchen. Two queen beds tight in one room. Only issue is noisy AC units. Bit amazing ceiling fans help keep your cool. Space for bikes. Comfortable beds. Remember to bring your own sheets and towels.

The unit is good and the space is comfortable. The big AC unit in one room makes it uncomfortable to move around, but overall the unit is good and the location is amazing.

Super close to the beach! More than enough cookware and the bathrooms had plenty of storage. The lounge chairs outside were a nice place to have morning coffee. Note that there is no washer/dryer in the unit, and the bath tub is just a regular bath tub. Management company is very responsive.
