The location is fantastic so close to Yanaka Ginza, 2 minutes walk to massages, drinks, crepes, and cats. Beds were clean and comfortable. Basics (hair dryer, rice cooker, etc) were covered. The washing machine/dryer combo was brand new and actually dried our clothes well so that’s helpful for a longer stay. The PDF provided was clear on rules etc and the host was responsive giving us free late check out as it was available.
Like a lot of properties in claustrophobic neighborhoods in Tokyo, there were no windows that didn’t have frosted type glass. So it wasn’t very comfortable for us to have nowhere to look outside.

Amplio, cocina equipada, entrada sin contacto. Tenía lavadora-secadora también aunque nos salió con humedad, igual no lo pusimos bien. Está cerca de una calle principal.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, in einem sehr netten Viertel gelegen. Die Vermieter waren im schriftlichen Kontakt sehr bemüht and freundlich. Das Einchecken verlief problemlos.
Die Wohnung fanden wir leider sehr ungemütlich. In der Küche, im Esszimmer und im Bad/Wc gibt es praktisch Tageslicht. Das Esszimmer ist so, dass wir uns gar nicht gerne dort aufgehalten haben, Es gibt keinerlei couch, die schlafzimmer sind fast vollständig mit Luftmatratzen)-Betten ausgefüllt. Das Bad und Wc sind so eng, dass man sich nur an der dort befindlichen Waschmaschine vorbeischlängeln kann.
