Easy to access the keys to the property. There was plent of shops and food options near by. Great access to the train station.
Very cramped but to be expected mostly when staying in Tokyo.

The staff fixed problems as best as they could.
The smell from the sink and fridge. The shower door broke and they came to fix it earlier than scheduled waking us out of our sleep. Also the area was full of “love hotels”.
