Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Seenähe. Der nur für Gäste zugängliche Seebereich ist sehr gut unterhalten, ausserordentlich gemütlich und perfekt zur Erholung. Das Gebäude ist schon etwas älter und ab und zu hört man die Züge der Bahnlinie, wer dies nicht stört, kann hier perfekte Ferien machen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, sogar eine Kiste Wasser wurde uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Alles sehr sauber. Ein eigener Steg mit Liegewiese steht zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns ehr wohl gefühlt

Appartement est bien situé, simple mais fonctionnel et comfortable. La gare est située à 3 minutes des residences, et Lugano n'est qu'à 10 minutes de Maroggia. Attention à la saison : Nous étions trop tard pour la piscine exterieure et la piscine interieure n'était pas encore utilisable. En général, c'était un bon séjour.
