In the district of Thumersbach, 2 km from the centre of Thumersbach, 6 km from the centre of Zell am See, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope. In the house: central heating system, ski boot dryer. Towel change weekly. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 1.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 7 km, public bathing area 2 km. Gondola lift 7 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Schmittenhöhe 9 km, Kitzsteinhorn 13 km.
