A cozy appartement with a certain charm and view that is surely unforgettable.

You could clearly hear noise neighbours. Key code provision clients need to note this down. Although Steinbock staff easily contactable and helpful.

Exceptional

The view is absolutely perfect and is just as shown in the photos. The kitchen was complete and heater was good. Totally worth it!

The wifi speed was really disappointing, couldn't even use normal browser sometimes, Netflix was basically impossible to watch. (Personal opinion: It could have a TV in the upper room too).

Very dissappointed

The scenery obviously is exceptional

To begin with, before entering the apartment you can see that the common area is unclean and dusty. The telephone infront the door is covered in dust. Being with this pandemic situation you expect that cleanliness is given utmost importamce. Besides that , no toiletries except for shampoo/shower gel two in one. When you shower the water will go out on the floor so makes the floor messy. Only two small towels for five days and a very small carpet, which was soaked wet with the first shower and no replacement. Only two pillows available and one blanket. Heating was very poor especially downstairs. With only one heater up the stairs and one downstairs. Kitchen not equipped properly if you need to stay in and cook. Coffee / sugar / tea / water there is none. You have to buy. Arriving late we expected to find at least to make a coffee having paid a hefty night rate. Tv only downstairs, very small and only one station in English which is international news. Wifi not so strong, unable to watch movies online if you have a personal laptop. Internet not strong. Requested change of towels during out stay and no reply was given. Unfortunately paying nearly Euro900 for four nights you expect to be comfortable and have memorable nice memories. Unfortunately we obviously will never go back

Characteristic appartment with a nice view over the Zeller See

Contactless check-in was arranged very good with a key locker. The appartment had a nice view from the balcony over the Zeller See and a water cycle on which we spend some nice hours in the sun. The wooden interior feels characteristic and provides enough space.

When we left to get some food and drinks the day before we left we passed some workers, that stopped us on our way back. Turned out they were renewing the road with new asphalt, so we weren't allowed/able to pass and park the car near our appartment. We found a parking lot 10 minutes away, so it wasn't too bad. However, it would've been nice if we would have known this before. We're very curious what would have happened if we had all our groceries already and didn't try to drive out of the street until the day of departure.

Great place but filthy

The view on the lake and the access to the water are amazing. The afternoon sun is perfect when you relax on the balcony.

When you book you must realize that there are 4 other apartments. This means other people, noise and during our stay cigarette smoke. The apartment itself can be cleaned a lot better and the bathroom needs a serious update. Air conditioning or a van would be more than welcome in the time of warm weather.

Quite expensive for the services you get.

The location is nice close to the lake and with a very beautiful view to the mountains surrounding it. Car park available. Keys are in a lock box at the entrance. This gave us some flexibility to arrive at a convenient time that suited us.

The property is rather old and not so well taken care of. We rented the apartment for 4 people and we got a duplex with a double bed in the extremely small living room/kitchen. There was not even a door between the main bedroom and the rest of the living area! BEWARE of the information provided in Booking as you only rent a very small facility. The rest of the areas are common areas that you share with the rest of the guests (there are at least 3 other apartments with several guests each!). There were nobody to welcome us there or to offer help and it felt pretty impersonal.
